Done. I have been going since they opened and this was absolutely horrible! I am in pain like no other! Mr Gucci mask/gold jewelry dude not only cut my right big toe and stuffed it to stop the bleeding, he completely ignored my questions about what he was doing. Four days later my toe is completely throbbing and I have to go see a freaking doctor!! Stop firing the people who know what they are doing and get rid of the unskilled. I have spent so much but never again. Ever!!

Came in on Mother’s Day, not realizing they were closing early. The woman who did my pedicure was really nice, however the woman who did my acrylics was a mess… just like my nails. This was supposed to be a Mother’s Day present for myself and I was looking forward to relaxing… instead Leah I believe her name was, older woman with big black glasses complained the ENTIRE TIME I got my nails done. When I say entire time, I mean from the time she said hello, till the time we walked out. I got a pink French set and the pink looks horrible, you can see through it on almost every nail. My cuticles look like a blind man serviced them, they’re all over my nails and I’m sure will cause lifting very soon. She also overcharged me but I wasn’t in the mood to argue on my first Mother’s Day. I wouldn’t waste my time here again. OH! She also CONTINUALLY scraped old nasty acrylic out of her brush right in front of me! It was literally chunky and that’s what she used to lay my acrylic. Looked like the brush had lice and dandruff? I hope my fingers don’t fall off man

So disappointed with my experience. Called Saturday to schedule a pedi, girl told me it was 30 for the base pedi. Get there it's 35. Nbd.
Pedi is super rushed, like literally 20 mins start to finish. No customer service other than asking if I want a mani. No basecoat before polish and 4 days in im chipping and cuticles already looking grown back. For 35 plus tip I expect more. Will not be back. Spend your money somewhere else.

Paid $130 yesterday to turn around go down the street to soak them off. Uneven, the tech hair and so bumpy. Ridiculous

They USUALLY do such a good job on my hands and feet! In the last 3 years, this is the first time I’ve had to go back and ask for them to re-do my nails. Instead of fixing them, they just filed them a bit more and sent me on my way. For $55 I think they can ensure they’re all the same length and shape… and also not leave polish to dry in my cuticles. I’m so upset they didn’t want to make this right as I’ve been a loyal customer for years. They look like I did these myself..

I had Sam and he was super nice at first, but right away I noticed it was uneven and he said to trust the process and then at the end it was totally crooked and I got over charged for French tips. I called a couple days later because the nails were bothering me so much and they said they would fix free of charge. When I went in they made me talk to the same guys who was convinced they were straight and then tried to just file them (which would make it look worse) but refused to fix the nails. One hand was done well but there's a clear difference and not being willing to fix it is a problem.

My girlfriend recommended this place to me a while back and this is the reason why I've been back. Sam was my nail tech, he takes great care and makes sure you get the most out of what you're asking for. Not only is he awesome, the ambiance is open and bright, the other staff is super friendly as well. It's a bit more than my old nail salon but definitely worth spending that extra dollar! 10/10 recommend.

I got a basic pedicure and it was awful. Rushed job, my feet were only in warm water for 2 minutes, the massage was about 2 minutes as well but the worst part... instead of trimming my cuticles she used a very rough grit square file and SANDED OFF MY CUTICLES. OUCH! My toes are still burning the next day.

TERRIBLE gel manicure! If you want to feel like an unwanted customer and get lackluster service, go here. It was obvious that she didn't want to be there, and couldn't care less about the quality of her work. So dissatisfied! My friend's pedicure was just as bad. We were rushed through in like 25 mins. Nail edges were rough, polish not to edges on all nails. Will NEVER go there again!

I love the place, the girls, and all the patient. My only disappoint is if you don't spent a big chunk and pick the expensive package on your Pedi they treated you "normal", no extra nice people, your massage is ?♀️ and they do the pedi fast as the can, I had to come back home and cut little corners left from my toe nails.
