Coulter Tempe is the worst service department I've ever dealt with, I'll never go here again!! I took my car in for a service engine light warranty issue. The service department kept my car overnight, next day I had to call twice to find out when I could pick it up, so I just ended up getting dropped off at the dealership and was told, I could take my car but that they had to order a part, and they would call me when it arrived. Three weeks later, no call!! I called the service rep Stephen Tapia and left him three messages in one week, I called the main number about the issue and they directed me to the service dept. and no one answered. I also did a chat online with someone and they were no help. I called the service department again, and was told to call the service rep again. It's been a month, and I've never heard back from anyone!!

This is the only place I will take my car for service. Every time I come they are always willing to help. I was in a bind and needing an oil change, but they didn't have any appointments. Nick was so wonderful and fit me in on a busy Saturday so that I could be driving on the road safely. Everyone is friendly, the lounge is very clean, and they really care about their customers. Only place I will go for vehicle service!!

So i recently purchased a brand new 2023 sierra with the 2.7l engine. Within the first month of ownership i heard a strange sound coming from engine bay took it in and crank shaft needed to he replaced 30 days later i get the truck back one week later the turbo went out. Truck spent 38 days in the shop and the engine light came back on while in a trip. Communication is great but it does no good when GM corporate is out to get you at every chance. I was a GMC truck guy for life but with the way GM treats its customers i think i will be trading in my lemon for a toyota. The offer i received form GM was 7k under what i payed less than 6 months ago the process it self was. Oh and check your contracts you dont want an extra 6k of un asked for extras! 7 years of low jack, at 1500 7 years of fabric protection in a base model for 1500. Yeah i found that out after the fact!

Do not buy from this dealership, go somewhere else. I went in already knowing they sell their vehicles for over MSRP. But they had the truck I wanted, so I was hoping they would come down to MSRP like many other GM dealerships in the valley. They would not budge on the price. I do not recommend Coulter. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time. This dealership is greedy.

their service department ruined my brand new rear leather seats and they won't take accountability for the fact that they set parts on the seats. they have don't nothing but give me the run around while they had my vehicle in for service for over a month!! Michael and Joey in service are incompetent and lazy!!!! choose another dealership for sales, parts and service!!!DO NOT GO TO COULTER TEMPE!!! BEWARE, they are scam artists!!!

This review is for the service department. Beware, because they will price gouge you and tell you that you need things that you don't. Like an air filter change, for example. My husband only has 10,000 miles on his car and they wanted to replace the air filter... he told them "no" and then later checked it and it was fine. We won't be coming back here!

I purchased a GMC Truck out of Oklahoma. Had 300 miles on the truck and I had a tire issue. Called Coulter and talked to a Service Rep. First thing he asked was "did I buy the truck from them"? I said no. He then said that I would need to call the Oklahoma Dealer for help. Hmmm, Coulter is a GMC Dealer, why can't you deal with a warranty issue? Will not be coming back for service, will drive farther to a different GMC Dealer. Way to go Coulter.

Scumbag dealer that does bait and switch. Price they show online is good then they add $2K of dealer fees on top. Unreal these dealers aren't prosecuted. Way over due
