Brandon was the cornerstone of my positive experience with Caliber Collision. Everyone was very friendly, thorough, and professional. Rare to get this quality of service anymore.

Been in insurance for 20 years now, this shop was terrible. Advised the estimator that I would be ok with aftermarket parts for my 11 year old car. Even called LKQ/Keystone (largest vendor for alternative parts) and let Fermin know the quote numbe with no call back nor acknowledgement once I provided him the information. Called Caliber back after they blind called me not knowing what they were even calling me about. Informed the front desk what was going on and was told they don't write aftermarket which is laughable at best since this company is a direct repair for most insurance companies. This location is a clown circus at best, can't even return a call, or even write an estimate to save their lives. I shouldn't have to do the work as a customer and then not have the shop ignore me for a month to only call and not know why they were even calling.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job restoring my car to working order after someone reversed into my car, their paintwork is immaculate and I can honestly say my car looks better than it did even before I got hit. They were highly professional and returned my car earlier than projected. Frank was awesome the whole way and clearly has a great passion for cars.
