Just noticed i had not reviewed. Have been using these guys for about 6 years. Some major surgeries, neck and arm pain causing issues sleeping. Not a heavy user, but nice to have meds for those evenings where i cant sleep. They are all friendly and professional. What more can i ask for?

I was extremely impressed by the staff here. They were professional, efficient, and very kind. This was by far the best experience at any evaluation. I was in and out in less than an hour rather than the usual two or three hour marathon session I've became accustomed to. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a quick and pleasant experience in renewing or applying for an MMJ card...oh and Dr. Patel is the best!!

The hours for this place are not accurately posted--they actually close at 5 pm. However they scheduled me for an appointment at 5:15. Evidently the doctor will stay if you are exactly on time for a 5:15 appointment. Forget it if you need to cross town during that time of day, because traffic is unpredictable. Absurd that the doctor is willing to stay until 5:15 for an appointment that would actually take some time, but won't stay if you're 5 minutes late for that appointment. They asked me to reschedule after having left work early to get there. Um, no thanks--will go somewhere else instead, and won't ever be coming back.

Update. Got a call back from the manager of CPEC, who lives in Charlotte, NC! CPEC doesn't even have a local Arizona manager! And she would not give me the name of the owner. She also belittled my complaint about arm pain from the automatic blood pressure cuff, which still hurts a lot two days later! And she offered no refund. I will never go back to CPEC! They suck!

I've been coming here for a long time only reason is because it was one of the first places that was open when the law passed. Over the years the doctors have changed. Dr. Adir was there for a long time but the other doctors come and go year after year. I really can't complain about this place because it's no different from seeing your family doctor. For instance if you have a 11:00 AM appt you probably aren't going to see the doctor until 11:30-11:45 ish. Very bland waiting room decor next to a doggy day care but it is what it is.

This is the worse place ever! They told me one price on the phone. Told me to bring in my current prescriptions, and the papers I had from a doctor I had just seen. When I arrive..the prescriptions or the papers I had wouldn't work...I was told a higher price. Then I had an evaluation. Their site says the evaluation is free if your not approved. It's been a week since my evaluation. They still haven't sent for my records..they dont return phone calls, they haven't answered my emails..I'm out the money for my evaluation and I have nothing!! I don't know if it's a scam but I sure feel scammed. Right down to the receipt they gave me for the evaluation...its a generic receipt from a dollar tree receipt book and is written out in NO detail whatsoever...I'm new to the state and doing some investigation to who to report this place to. If there was a choice for no star rating I definitely would have picked a no star!!

Awesome office, doctor and staff! I called same day and they squeezed my husband in for a needed appt with Dr Patel, the girl that answered the phone was nice, professional and efficient and appreciate the great customer service. So happy we switched over from a previous office.

My experience at this office was wonderful! From the moment I walked in I was happily greeted and felt very comfortable. I was taken back to see the doctor immediately and on time. The doctor was very thorough with me. She took her time to explain everything and made me feel very well taken care of. The doctor gave me new information that was specific to my needs. I left the office feeling very happy with the whole experience! I will continue to go here and recommend everyone to schedule an appointment here.

Everyone is here is awesome, from the front desk to the doctor. I felt very welcome, i been coming here for the past 2 years and i will continue too. They offer helpful advice along with awsome customer care. i'd recommend anyone to this establishment, they go above and beyond.

There are much better places to go. Looking at the reviews I see others have had similar experiences. I came here last year and it was ok. They called me to schedule my renewal and told me $255. I agreed and scheduled out about a month to today. Tuesday they called to confirm, I confirmed appt and price, again $255. We confirmed yesterday for again $255. Today when I go in it is now $315, I explain what has been confirmed and they refused to match the price they quoted to me multiple times. I declined and left with a new times and have scheduled elsewhere for a flat $250 including seeing the Dr, the $150 state fee, the office visit and them uploading. Look elsewhere, they nickel and dime you here and the customer service isn't good.
