I had high hopes, but BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! Purchased vehicle, delayed delivery by over a week, received vehicle, found more “imperfections “ than listed, swapped vehicle for same model different color, paid for delivery, promised date rescheduled hours before expected pickup. Had to call my insurance several times to add and remove coverage, called help line, couldn’t speak with a supervisor or obtain corporate contact information because the operator deemed my issue not worthy of being transferred. Picked up second vehicle with a scape along the bumper, chipped paint not listed!

The car is beautiful but they changed my delivery date 3 times. Then once I had the car the check engine light came on on the third day.

I love my new little car, however I do not like the condition it came in. Really dirty. There's a mildewy smell under the floor mats. In between the seats was also very dirty. Headlights have oxidation and they are all scratched up

The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the delivery driver was the sweetest lady ever, and very kind. But after taking the vehicle had issues at going highway speeds. It would go into limp mode and have a cylinder 1 and 4 misfire. So after some research I replaced plugs and wires issues has been solved after spending 200 more dollars within the first week of ownership. Then yesterday on March 7th I got new tires put on the front cause they had replaced the rears and that was it. Well the vehicle at highway speeds would have a vibration and rumble sound. Come to find out the passenger front wheel "rim" has a dent in it causing the noise and feel. So now I'm going to spending more money to replace the wheels "rims" on a car I haven't even had an entire month. I have yet to even pay my first car payment on my new to me golf gti, and the drivers power seat doesn't work so I can not adjust my seat to how I like to sit. None of these issues were stated in the carvana description. So other then easy transaction and delivery the rest of the "experience" has been rather poor.

PROS:The ease of buying was amazing! I browsed and purchased from my phone while making dinner. As a mom who is in school and works a full time job this meant more time to spend on more important aspects of my life. The process was easy, convenient and fast. I did outside financing, however I did opt into check my rates with Caravans financing department. The results were quick and I knew in minutes my financing options with them quickly. Once the purchase was approved I received the Carfax for free instantly which I loved. The pick up process was simple, fast, and explained in detail through electronic transactions. The coin machine option was such a cool experience and something that I looked forward to. They even give you a brand new souvenir coin to keep. The 7day money back guarantee allows for peace of mind for purchasing. Overall I will be coming back for further purchases in the future.CONS- The only con I can mention was that my vehicle was from a smoker. I can say that if I had known this from the start I would have chosen a different vehicle based off that alone. I am not a smoker so this could be a make or break for me. I would still have purchased from Carvana but I feel this should be disclosed on the details of the car (Let me make an educated decision on if I am willing to look past it or not) Once I walked close to my new purchase I could smell the smoke from outside the vehicle. At that point paperwork, signatures and loans had already been issued. I decided to take a chance and see if I could get the smell out. The smell is better but it will take time. So my only true complaint is not being made aware of the situation and not being allowed to choose properly based of the circumstances.Other than something that has nothing to do with Carvan’s business approach… Out right I will be a repeat customer!
