The customer service was horrible. We purchased a 2020 Chevy Tahoe and we have been going back-and-forth to get things fixed for instance when they sold us the truck the back and the front brakes was not working properly when we took the truck back they fixed the back But never fixed the front .I spoke to a gentleman named Jim Hayes. Who is the sales manager when I informed him of the situation going on with the truck he never made the mechanic take the tires off and recheck the brakes. He told me that break tends to squeak and make noise and to come back in a week or two today is the 13th. And the brakes are still squeaky even louder. Second, they ran an illegal credit check on my wife when she was already approved for a loan through her credit union I would advise who go to there to be careful and to take someone with you who is very wise About consumer laws .

We had great help purchasing a vehicle at Chapman. Our sales representative, Ray Russo, took as much time as we needed to try out the SUV and explain all the features. This is the second vehicle we’ve gotten from him and the third we’ve bought from Chapman.Highly recommend them.

I am truly a happy customer dealing with the service I received from Chapman Chevrolet and team.I pretty much purchased my Corvette all through text messaging due to seeing the car I wanted on their website. The communication and teamwork between Travis and Mike was over the top. When I arrived to complete my paperwork, they had everything ready to go. Dan Landers, the finance manager took the time to explain all of the packages and warrantees and the value they each provide.I left extremely satisfied and happy with my purchase. My Service Advisor Ron was Awesome as usual. He always lets me know everything I need to know about what's going on with my car and when I'm getting it back. Even though the dealership is always backed up, he always manages to finish up early which is Huge!! Not only a good Service Advisor but also a great guy with excellent customer service.

While driving my C8 cross country. Came due for a 15K service. Chapman fit me in and got it done quickly and efficiently. Cheryl, my service advisor, was most helpful and knowledgeable. They were even better organized than my local dealer back home. If I lived in the Phoenix area they would be my go to dealer.

Highly recommend not coming here for service. Check engine light came on and the code read for knock sensor error before taking it to Chapman. Took it there for them to diagnose but because the code was checked the engine light had been cleared. Service dept decided they can find nothing wrong but all of a sudden my battery needs replacement and car is cranking to start. That was never happening and my battery was less than a year old under warranty. Tell me why it was almost $200? Total scam of a shop.

My mom has worked with Linda Seamans for 20+ years. Every year my mom purchases a new corvette from Linda at Chapman. My mom is 78 years old and still drives corvettes purchased from Linda. The last one was going for over MSRP, maybe $50,000 over. My mom brought it home and told me what she paid. I told her it was robbery. $100,000 over MSRP. Linda knew she had a client that trusted her enough to pay what she said. After looking online and seeing that there was no car selling for even CLOSE to $100,000 over MSRP I called Linda and told her how upsetting it was that she had taken advantage of my mom. I am even posting a picture of the contract. Nothing has been done by Chapman to fix this and it was purchased in May. ***DO NOT BUY YOUR CARS HERE***They are ripping people off and taking advantage of long time customers. Linda, you should be ashamed.

I am very appreciative for the help I received from my service advisor, Michelle and my service tech, Jared! They were knowledgeable and caring. They were able to resolve an issue in my vehicle before it turned into a $4,000 + repair. I will continue to bring my Chevrolet Colorado to them for future services!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DEALER. I brought my 2005 Corvette in for a shifter cable and shock replacement. I am absolutely appalled on how this dealership has treated my vehicle and myself as a customer. Not only are there scratches in my paint, but parts were installed incorrectly. This is an embarrassment for this company, they clearly do not have the attention to detail to work on anything of any value- I couldn't imagine brining in a brand new Corvette or Camaro to be serviced here. I am ashamed that I have chosen this dealer to work on my car. My exhaust is misaligned and is rattling to an obnoxious degree and the scratches on my paint are a sore thumb. Not to mention my vehicle sat for an entire week before they could even diagnose my problems. I had to pester my service managers every day just to get updates on my car, they were not attentive in any manner nor to my needs. Also- if you expect your car to have a courtesy wash- don't expect anything. My car was left out in the rain to collect dust and debris, a car like this (or any) shouldn't be treated in this way.
