do not bank with Chase especially here. They will not help me with any questions on an investment account. Over the phone or in person I have been asking for help for about a week and nobody can tell me a simple answer on how to invest the money sitting in my Roth IRA. It should be a very simple question.

I've been banking with Chase for several years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making every visit a pleasant one. They are very effective in addressing any banking needs or concerns I have, ensuring that my transactions and inquiries are handled smoothly.
One minor drawback is that it can sometimes take a while to see an in-person teller if there's a long line, but the overall service and professionalism make it worth the wait. I highly recommend Chase Bank for anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused banking experience.

I had an appointment to open a bank account today. Gaby helped me open my account and she was amazing! I had my account open and card added to Apple Pay in no time! Thank You so Much Gaby for being so kind!!

Before seeing the Branch Manager, the Bank Teller Associate was helpful in getting me started. There wasn't much of a line, yet the service was welcoming.
I spent another 45 minutes with the Branch Manager in getting my account taken care of & again, nothing but good service. Nor was I rushed out as the bank had closed while I was still getting assistance.
Hopefully, the new start will provide opportunities to turn this branch around as a whole.

So I drive 15 min to use the ATM and what do you know.... neither of the 2 ATM's would do contactless but appear to have that option... so you sit there for a good 5 min trying out both machines only to leave empty handed... ugh. Customer service go chase!!

I see my fellow Yelper's issues yet, perhaps having to meet with the Branch Manager provided me with a better experience. The location closest to where I was staying was unexpectedly closed so I came here. After opening a business account at another branch, I still needed some additional account management. Before seeing the Branch Manager, the Bank Teller Associate helped get me started. There wasn't much of a line, yet the service was welcoming. I spent another 45 minutes getting my account taken care of & again nothing but good service. Nor was I rushed out as the bank had closed while I was still getting assistance. Hopefully, the new start will provide opportunities to turn this branch around as a whole.

Had an account here over 50 years, never a monthly service fee..."grandfathered in"NOW seems being loyal means nothing, charging everyone, changing account rules,.... yada yada.....Sad customer appreciation.....

I have been a member of chase bank for 7 years now and absolutely love them. 10/10 would recommend chase. However, this location has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced with chase. Specifically an older woman that works there. I will count my cash 5 times in the car to be sure I consistently get the correct amount, but once I go inside and hand it to this specific lady, I'm suddenly missing $10-$20. It's only when she is my teller. It's very odd and there's something off about the whole interaction. I've let it go a couple times now but it's very consistent with her that now I feel I need to write a review. They also hardly ever have an attendant at the drive up window.
