The style is more casual-formal and the colors offered were a bit drab. I did like how they did have some colorful T-shirts, albeit they were loose-fitting styles. Maybe good for office-wear but styles just seem a bit dated; wish they added some newer styles to their collection.
The store's clean and well-organized.

Good prices & lots of merchandise. I go there often. You can park by "#3" at the mall and it's a short walk to the store.

I came in to Chico's to look for a gift card for a friend's birthday. I ended up buying 2! Ms. Lesly was just outstanding! I can't remember the last time I received such personal attention & knock-my-socks off customer service! Besides that, the clothes are amazing! I'm all set for Christmas gifts just from this one visit. I am so, so happy with my purchases & especially with the excellent customer service that was shown to me by Ms. Lesly. I will definitely shop here again! Thank yousomuxh!

I love Chico's and OTR clothing designs and how helpful staff is. But there is a concern I hope that could give you info to share with regional management. I find that the 100 % cotton tops are not made with preshrunk cotton. The first time a top is washed in cold water and laid flat to dry the top shirt shrinks several inches. It's so disappointing and sadly I can't keep throwing money away on clothes. I'm hoping the corporate buyers will listen and return to selling better quality merchandise.
