Why have ATMs that don’t dispense money and managers who are too incompetent to inform the customers about it? Insanity, you’ll never get another dime and your store at 9040 S Central Ave Phoenix, AZ 85042. This store has stolen my gas money because their pumps never work and the workers are never informed on that either, the ice machine has been down all year long and did I mention the smell inside? Did I mention the rude managers and workers? They will insult you and threaten you in your face unprovoked and completely disregard and gaslight you. They talk terrible with each other about the customers as well. It’s horrible. I tried calling this office too all week and no one ever answered. I know it won’t be today or next year or maybe in the next five years but when circle K gets bought out or taken over i’ll be forever grateful. This store alone has ruined my family & I’s entire view of circle K. Never again.

Thier customer service In Tucson is horrible. Rude and even talks down to you like "what do you want" I am never going to circle k again. Been like this for a few years and just getting worse. And all you can do about it is leave a review. There is no number to call or anything. So the manager and staff act invincible and treat Thier patrons like trash.

The men’s room at the Circle K/McDonalds in Marshall, AR on 10/29/2023 was in desperate need of attention. A fire hose likely wouldn’t have been adequate to resolve the situation. Wet floor, overflowing urinal with urine free flowing onto the floor, awful smell—just a dangerous situation and a poor reflection on Circle K Corporate who does not answer via phone on the weekends.An employee in McDonald’s answered when asked who was responsible for the rest rooms that it was Circle K.The intervention by the one visible Circle K employee this date was to place “wet floor” signs outside both the men’s and the women’s rooms.My caution to travelers is to avoid this disgrace of a place. Stop for gas, food, drinks, rest rooms, etc. in Leslie, AR instead.

Worst place on earthpeople that work at Circle K are extremely rude, unprofessional, and Circle K corporate office does nothing about controlling how their employees are. I can’t be an employee of a corporation that doesn’t care how their employees treat customers I’m not rude or disrespectful to anybody, so how can I work for a place like this as an MIT which is manager in training been with Circle K for two months and have found it to be horrible

I I gave the same review btw forestview Way. In regards to your tire and vac machine please have someone inspect these machines and make it work proper. I've used those air machines and the others and they're worthless The old machines worked great. I spent $2 over and over and then the machines do not work they don't adjust PSI or they won't even switch over from air to that or vice versa they're worthless and they are costing people too much money. Obviously have to go back to the traditional air tire gauge after spending $2 on a worthless air machine.

I was at the circle. Number 4781432 on the 24th of augusy.The bathrooms were disgusting. Try to use the pumps. Would not take any credit card or debit card finally had to go in. And put $40 on.

I have to agree with others and scanning our info just for your own services . You have two eye use them. I enjoy to see that the score is 2.2 shows you the bull that they put people through. Customers can't call and speak to anyone. What are you afraid of.Circle K is a joke.

Please have you're employee. Stop referring to customers as boss. This is very unprofessional and rude....The word boss originated from a Dutch word "baas" that means “master” according to Jonathon Haeber. Its use was a uniquely American way of avoiding the word "master," which had quickly become associated with slavery by the mid-19th century. Why do people use the term boss?It's a holdover from the slave days, a word borrowed from the Dutch baas that was first used primarily by freed men and women as a substitute for “master.” The connotation lingered as “boss” then made its way into the prison systems (home to our only constitutionally permitted form of slavery). ( Also why in the hell you have employees I.D. a person in there 50's? Are you're employees not educated? All employees should be trained to know the difference between a 20 year old kid and a 55 year old Male or female.. All you are doing is pissing folks off , and reminding them how old they are getting. Please Circle K correct these problems...

They're forcing employees to scan IDs so they can take your personal info and add it to their systems. They can also check to see if you have warrants if they scan your ID. I was at a store earlier an employee was being harassed and threatened because he was trying to follow their new policy

As an employee, it's great. Dispensed drinks readily available. Reusable cups available if you forget yours, to reduce waste. Mini-K available in the next building over. Rooms for training well equipped with dual large screens and sound.

‘Circle K Corporate’ is just a guise to lie to customers and shut them up. When you contact them, you’re met with rude ‘support agents’ who ignore you, as you can hear them doing everything but help you out of the comfort of their own home. I called to report several issues I had with my local circle k, and felt like I was talking to a brick wall. As I explained my concerns, there were several moments I had to ask if they were still on the line as they weren’t acknowledging me. Eventually they would say ‘mhmm’ and when I confronted them about not listening to me, they claimed they were ‘taking my statement to pass to a higher up’-that was a definite lie. Circle k employs individuals to work ‘customer support’ as a glorified vent/rant hotline and nothing more. There was no follow up with a ‘marketing manager’ like I was told there would be (that’s after I asked what would be done when I was done giving my ‘statement’ as the rude lady wouldn’t say anything to me and it was clear I was a burden to what she had going on) she steady ignored me & treated me like I was a typical ‘Karen’ and my concerns weren’t worth her precious time, nor was anything done at my local circle k that I had addressed concerns with. Circle k is a joke. Lazy and rude cashiers (not all, but some) and for them to almost double the price of sip-n-save after forcing people to check out their own items, they need a serious overhaul in regards to what good customer service is, which is -everything- in this line of business. Take your complaints to BBB, circle k corporate couldn’t give two sh*ts. Just like half their cashiers & ‘support agents’.

The Circle K at University and Dobson has a woman that works there who says she can't cash in lottery tickets because she hasn't counted them yet.And she also refuses to tell me cigarettes when I'm 56 years old and have an ID and will not stop talking about her husband's illness.When all of us are waiting in line she needs to go.I don't recall her name but she short an older.It seems like you might have dimensia but yes she should be able to take in my winning lottery tickets.

Wow! Just wow! Now we have to do everything ourselves at circle Ks also. 20 minutes I waited to fet gas. All because the cashier would not help the old man in front of me! She git all upset everything he asked for her to do it! She kept saying it all right there. Read it! She did the same to me! Most unprofessional behavior for a CASHIER! I will never walk into a circle k again! Very expensive store. And now we have to work for free for them!

I went 1203 stapley location this morning and I didn't have communication with the manager personally who was look like training new kid. She was really a hole to him I could she but that's not my issue. She rung me up and nx person in line she must have known. She say what up my n..g. to person as a joke. Now I'm walking out and her words caught my attention. Im 50 yrs old and black so it caught me by surprise. I looked at kid she was trying who was mid 20s and black and he was just surprised I believed as well. The person she was talking to she was joking with white and maybe a friend but not excuse. I attempted to contact corporate and it's impossible to talk.
