I was accidentally overcharged for a soda and called Circle K corporate to investigate. I got a call from the store owner or manager apologizing and inviting me to come back to get my refund. When I picked up my refund, she had included a handwritten note explaining how the overcharge had accidentally happened and asking for another opportunity to earn my business. I can’t remember the last time I got a handwritten note from my business. Oh yeah, I can… The answer is never. Also, they technically owed me $9.70 but they gave me a $10 bill. I’m taken aback with the level of customer service Carmen and team provides.

Bathroom was clean and nice, usually I'm scared of gas station restrooms but this was very clean!

I love this Circle K because because they always have the plain iced tea that they brew themselves. I am a tea lover.
I recently did a little review about how much I loved the tea at the Circle K at Guadalupe and Rural at 905 E Guadalupe Rd. Then they changed the tea. I don't care for Berry Hibiscus.
Now I travel a little further to get what I want.
The only complaint I have about this Circle K is the lack of marked parking spaces for people who aren't shopping for fuel..
It is a kiosk type store that is well maintained and has happy employees.
I was actually really impressed as I listened to Janice (I asked for their names) discuss an unseen employee named Jack. I appreciated the positive way they were discussing the improvements said employee had made.

Always closed at random times this place is being run down “new management” just made it worse. Get some staff in here that actually care about the place. extremely unprofessional.

This guy at 7:18pm this guy closed the store and said he’s going on break I ask him how long his break was and he said 30mins. Sound like we’re confused on how circle k operates. Knowing I’m a 30 year affiliate of the circle k franchise. Nice to see we’re not making any money.

Might as well not go here there not 24/7 the close there doors during business hours and they won't give a reason why you can't even buy a soda or gas every time I normally go there open now they're always closed at 5

Allen is just an amazing employee you have. Truly a great asset for your company. He recognizes me and always has a smile on his face and asked about my day. He even gave me a cigarette once when I couldn't get my own. also he is always there, every holiday!Try finding someone like that. He definitely deserves Employee of the Month:)
