I usually like this location due to I like the staff members feel that we have somewhat a rapport. But this past early Sunday morning around 3am I walked to this location and it was raining by the time I made it.it very very cold outside. Once I waited over 30minutes in the cold rain, the 3rd shift worker opened the doors. I wanted hot coffee but did not have very much money. And I planned to get a small coffee but I soon realized that there were XL coffee cups only. I asked the worker if I could choose the small cup option and just pay for a small coffee even though I would have to use the big cup since it’s not my fault there are no small cups. The worker said no that I would have to pay the price for the xl coffee.. I was then unpleased to find that there was no flavored creamer in the dispenser or in the cups. I had to use half and half. Only to find out next that there is no sugar!! I expressed my dissatisfaction to the worker and asked if I could just not even pay for it. Or at the very least just pay for the small size coffee …The worker insisted that pay full price for it. I thought that he was insensitive and rude. I thought that he was very unreasonable and was cold hearted. And he seamed to be pleased with himself about it… overall, the management of the store and its workers needs improvemnet

Don't know the young man who was on duty last night around midnight, as I don't frequent this location anymore. But, the genuine, personable, warm connection he built with every customer as an individual was like a day at the spa! I found myself floating on his unique blessing for my new job as I went about my way with a smile in my soul. You really brought the vibe. Thank you, Socrates...

Circle K's ARE SO DIFFERENT from the ones back home. I'm in the west, Az to be exact. Out here the newer stores and there everywhere is like a super store. If it gas station or refreshing fountain drinks with special x large pricing. To modern coffee dispensers that make coffee to order. It's a mecca of varied fast foods and candies. My first time to one blew my mind.

Mike the night clerk is one of the most amazing humans I've met in my entire life. Incredible integrity, knowledge and rapport given for all of his customers. He is just vibrating immaculate energy no matter what time of day or amount of customers are in the store. I'd wait in his line for 15 mins if it was out the door in a rush just to have him as my clerk at the end of a long day! (He never has a line like that when I have been in at this location but if it happens, I'd gracefully wait for it and realize the nature of business vs the attendant, cause it's definitely not him! He's on point every single time.) x - Em whatever he's got - hire what he has! He's top shelf of employees by far at the circle ks I've seen.Thank you for hiring an amazing employee. This man needs a raise and a promotion, very rare gem!

Many circle k are not a pleasant experience. Your not going to find a better employee than Tristan. That young man is courteous, professional and constantly working. He is the reason I stop 3 mornings out of 5 at this location to use my sip and save. Because other stores, the underpaid employees are rude and or incompetent. Kudos to having hired at least one GOOD employee.

I have lived next this Circle K location for many years. It has always been notable for me due to how long it has been there. During the time I have lived here this store has had a great many employees. Some were my neighbors. Some were former coworkers from other companies or people I knew from the area. Many others were strangers of varying degrees of customer service skills. There were also some that came in to help from other stores in the area. Those were usually my favorite because those employees generally are ones that are memorable from the stores they came from.Which was the case yesterday when I realized that my attendant was a lady I had mentioned in a previous review for the Circle K located at 1802 E University Drive in Tempe.Brandy is so fun and lights up the room and she truly represents the type of person you would hope to have servicing you from behind the counter.Yesterday, I only came inside to help someone who was desperate and thirsty. Brandy allowed me to have a glass of water and she also assisted me with my needs regarding a hot dog. Her caring heart reaches out to those who need it most. She has the experience to know how and when to act. Not just at her store, but everywhere. That is a desired, rare consistency in a continuously growing, uncertain world.Thank you Brandy for, yet again, another memorable experience. ?

I guess the little guy at night needs a customer service course because he’s unfriendly af. I should’ve keep driving to the next store but this one was close by. I’m taking my money elsewhere.

This store has sign closing at 10pm however it was 9:37pm and the were closed you never know when they are open. This morning a delivery truck was waiting for them to open to make a delivery. Not sure why they don't close permanently seems their are more homeless people hang there than employees.

I just moved to some apartments across the street from this circle k. I have been to this circle k a number of times at 5:30 in the morning. I stop here to get myself some coffee before I head to work. 80% of the time it's closed and today was my last straw to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's 5:33 am an associate pulls up on her motorcycle and gave me attitude telling me that they aren't open until 6:00 am and making sure to tell me that I should be calling in the morning upon arriving to make sure they are open. That's not something I should have to do. If your hours change then change them online. Online it clearly says open 24 hours. Just fed up and frustrated with this location.

I walked into this Circle K shortly after the noon hour to grab a loaf of bread on my way home. I had my service dog with me and as soon as I got through the door I was very rudely told that I wasn’t allowed to have pets in the store. I tried to explain to the very rude woman behind the register that my dog was a service dog and not just a pet. She then insisted that she had the right to know what illness I suffered from that required a service dog and what he performed for me. I told her that I was deaf and before I could say that I was a severe epileptic, she sarcastically asked if my service dog did my hearing for me. I tried to explain to her that it was against the law for her to ask about my personal medical condition but she insisted that she had that right. Asking about my personal medical condition not only is against the state/federal law but invades my personal HIPPA rights. I finally just turned around and told the witch that I would go elsewhere because of her rudeness and her invasion of privacy. (I should have called the police but I was just too tired). Why I am telling you all this is because if this is how they treat my personal privacy think about what they do with your credit card/debit card information…. I will never go back to this rude place and plan on filing an official complaint against the witch.

Nice staff, but too often found it closed in the middle of the day.
