The lady that goes by the name "Cooler" was extremely rude. I'm sure nothing will be sone about it and she's the rype.of attitude that couldn't careless. That's why I'm doing this one star review. She absolutely should be more respectful ro customers. I literally had to ask her, what her first name was several times because I couldn't see her badge and she acted like she couldn't hear me. Ill.pray for her.

I have been coming to this location for the last few months since I signed up for the $9.99 Sip n Save. Since I started coming to this location, they have been making improvements both inside and outside of the store. It is starting to look good. Everyone I've encountered too is always so nice. Recommend this store!

More issues with a new guy. I believe it's Corey I've been going to this store for over a decade he's been there a week and sold me cigarettes 3 times already, i forgot my wallet tonight I'm 43 years old he's seen my id several times. I'm registered with sip and Dave and the circle k rewards and circle k app. Yall have all my info and birthday on file. Its ridiculous. 8/28/23The new guy who works at the store Name Scott is an a******I've been coming to this Circle KFor the last nine years since I bought my house in the neighborhoodI've always enjoyed coming here most of the employees over the years have always been niceBut I've gotten this guy Scott the last two nights out of three that I've come to the store and he's very short with everyone and acts like it's a hassle that he's having to help meAnd is just very rude.kTonight I stopped in for a drink and a candy barI asked him if they were buy one get one free and he just completely ignored meI then tapped my credit card to pay and on the machine and asked me to enter an alternate IDSo I typed in my phone number thenHe yells at me" you don't need to put your fries members reward number in you're not buying gas!!!"Very rudely and loud. Both times I've been in this guy acts like I'm bothering him and it's a hassle that I'm spending my money there. I'll give it another shot because I prefer to use circle k but if I get him again and he treats me that way again I will start going to QT. I WORK RETAIL CUSTOMER service and it's just completely unprofessional.

I recently moved outside of Phoenix and leaving work at nearly 1am, I got lost due to freeway ramps being closed on my normal route and had several panic and, to follow, anxiety attacks as nothing was open and I could only think of Circle K as a safe place to find help after driving for about 30 minutes aimlessly. Although the store was well closed by then, the Assistant Manager, Justin, allowed me in and helped me find a safe route to the freeway so I could make it home safely!! It's wonderful to have met such a generous and caring gentleman; most people would've seen a black woman in destress and left me to fend for myself. Many blessings to him, if he hadn't have helped me God only knows if I would have made it home safely to my family. My warmest regards to him and his loved ones!!

There are only 2 stalls here with two pumps on each side, at least it is a somewhat convenient spot before the highway. It is a smaller gas station and can be a tight squeeze when it gets busy. Also, I don't recall seeing any restrooms inside. The drink selection was limited too, and I couldn't locate the water there. Service felt a bit rushed.I do appreciate that they have cleaning squeegees.

Its still an older, smaller store but the employees have been friendly, gas prices on the lower side of going rates, and clean.

I'm never stopping here as long as the bad attitude white haired woman is on duty!!!! 4 times she has just had nasty customer service and I don't appreciate or deserve it!!!! I'm in customer service also but I treat all my passengers who board my bus with the upmost respect!! If you don't like the job then find what you will be happy doing because this ain't it!! She's always frowned up, she doesn't speak at all and pushes your items to you in a very forceful manner where as you have to look at her like "Damn are you alright"

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The fountain drinks work 99% of the time... way better than other stores.. convenient location
