So we just lock the doors during the evening??? Posting a sign saying "using the restroom will return" and dozens of people are waiting before I got here and still using the restroom????? Terrible

Been going at this location for the last 2 yrs or so. Always been good since it’s close to many accounts I take care of. Emma is super sweet. At times they run out of fountain pop lids but all else is good.

The store owner or GM always thinks I'm stealing food when I take my frozen burrito inside to use their microwave. I usually pay for a Gatorade or other snack with my burrito but for the 4th time this lady asked what I have wrapped up in a couple of napkins, if I where to steal food I wouldn't be paying for other food and selectively steal something I wrap up and put on the counter . Ridiculous

So me and my son had a bad experience at this store night shift 7/20/22 1:50 am with cashier leisa we went to purchase a gift card as we walked in and brought the card to purchase she was very rude she has very bad customer service and is not a good Representative for this store she wouldn’t allow us to get the card and said we can only purchase in the morning I asked why and she said because! You can’t this is not a good explanation of why we couldn’t purchase this item when we have came to this store on several different occasions and purchased around the same time as we was walking out the store she was saying if you don’t like it talk to my boss very very rude this was not a good experience and she made us feel very uncomfortable as she was talking to us we will definitely not be returning for night shift to make anymore purchases she really need to get retrained on customer service and representing the company that she works for
