I was in the store tonight October 11 and there was a gentleman working at the register I believe his name is Tyler. I go in there all the time and ive never seen him..he told me after i asked if he is new that he is. He did a fabulous job with other customers and I would have been completely overwhelmed with the amount of customers that were in the store but he kept a smile the whole time and everyone I noticed that was in front of me in line left happy! It's so refreshing to see an employee that is happy and smiling and takes pride in his work ..but most importantly I noticed he really cared about customer satisfaction. I worked in customer service for years and I noticed lately real good customer service has gone wayside..so good job circle K for choosing an employee that will not only care about customer satisfaction but also seemed genuinely focused on going above and beyond Circle k expectations!!

I waited 7th in line patiently. When it was finally my turn, Asia failed to acknowledge me, turned her back to me & proceeded to gossip with one of their maintenance workers. This wasn't a brief sentence, or two. This was a full conversation. When I confronted her about taking care of customers, she told me she was quitting soon anyway, and kicked me out. I used to be a regular here. I will now go to QT, which is cleaner, friendlier.

The clerk AIZA is rude and disrespectful with horrible customer service. The pumps don't print receipts and I come in to get my receipt and she gives me a receipt from a hr prior to me and I gave it back to her stating that’s not my receipt. I said I’ll wait til u reboot a system or the system updates. Then she calls the store manager Ruben on the phone and he says i have to come back to get a printed receipt if the system even updates. I told her to give the wrong receipt she initially gave and put her initials on it with the correct amount. So now she refuses to do that. Now she doesn’t want to give me the receipt since her manager is on the phone saying she was trying to show me that’s what she had in here system and but the cameras will show she gave me the receipt and said thank you and next in line. I explained this was a business trip and I needed a receipt not some random person receipt. I put $54 on pump 11 and she gives me a receipt for someone who put $50.01 at 3:37 pm. Horrible service and never coming in this area again. I will be sending this to corporate as well.

I very rarely come to Circle K but the cashiers are not friendly at all, I asked a cashier Azia for my receipt and she gave it to me very rude, they need more customer service training.

My friend lives nearby so I come to this store often for a soda or coffee. Always homeless around and I’ve witnessed about 30% of my visits them stealing drinks etc. I’ve mentioned it to workers and they said the police wouldn’t come in time to do anything about it. Obviously the druggy homeless know this and spread the word. Circle K needs to address this problem in the more liberal communities than don’t crack down on homeless. Go a few blocks north to Scottsdale and you don’t see this kind of stuff there. My friend who lives near this store won’t go there because of the homeless problems.

Pump 8 has a broken jagged sharp handle, the cup lids are empty, this place is run down, with trash overflowing, just poorly managed. I could not enter phone # for Frys gas points redemption as usual.

This is officially my favorite gas station of all time. I have been here a countless number of times, and now I know where everything is. They have all my favorite snacks, and their easy-to-use self-checkout stations. Very much a CONVENIENCE store.

If I could give no stars I would. The lady who works the register on Monday nights is trash. Absolutely terrible at her job. Zero customer service, zero skill to handle a cash register, zero attention span to focus on the customer. I suggest a new job for the trash bag and better training for the employees. Thankfully there’s another circle k right up the street.
