When i walked in 4 hrs ago the gay guy with short brown hair barely took his face off his to say hi, then gave me the wrong cigs. I asked for hundreds and he gave me shorts I didn't realize because I used the auto checker and he just dropped them in the bag I opened for him. And the little price won't answer the phone

I went in hoping to be able to use the restroom, Gilly, the wonderful assistant manager allowed me to use it. He is super friendly and very helpful to the customers. I drive nights and it is getting harder and harder to find available restrooms at night. Thanks to this great young man, I have faith in Circle K again. He needs a raise, because you just don’t find employees who are willing to help out customers like him much anymore.

At 5:35 on Tuesday afternoon I pull up to a Sign on door that says “be back in 10 min “ not a specific time so no one knows when the ten minutes starts or ends! I can see the clerk smoking on the curb??? Who is writing the schedule to have only one person working? It’s not safe for the employees and it’s definitely not convenient for the patrons!
After waiting around 5 min clerk says sorry guys I still have 8 min left? I left, the QT is right down the street , they never have staffing issues and it is always quick.

Workers here are absolutely worthless. Why pay someone to stand there and do absolutely nothing while having an attitude when all they have open is self check out.

I used to love this Circle K because it was convenient and they always had fresh brewed iced tea.
The price to fill my jug is not consistent.
The price was higher today .
I took a little video before the price hike .
The new flavor is Mango Green tea.

Dillan's customer service was top notch. I really had a great experience with him, he went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed to buy! I would totally recommend stopping by!

6/28/24 around 10pm. I walked up to the counter. The associate working behind the counter was on his phone and took some time to acknowledge me and said that it was self check out. I informed I needed items from behind the count. He was rude while getting the items I needed and still made be do the self check. He did not even bother checking identification for items purchased and had to bag all items purchased.
I have lived in this area for 20 years and this Circle K is becoming uncomfortable and complicated for local residents to come in for convenience gas and shopping. Need better customer service, training, and keep area safe.

Stopped in this evening and it’s 93 degrees outside once I stepped in I felt the temperature jump up and I could tell that the ac was not working. The cashier is an elderly woman and I asked her you ac is not working how could you be in here. She then said it works.. just us trouble. No mam! This is awful she should not be sweating. We purchased drinks, gas and m&ms… of course the m&ms are melted. Management needs to send someone to fix the ac as soon as possible!

I want to rate this gas station one star, but the fact that from a gas station perspective it has the basics and doesn't seem disgusting prevents me from rating it unfairly.
There is nothing wrong with the location or station itself. It is a smaller but decently stocked store. The issue is the motley crew that serves the customer.
In the mornings are the worst, as just when you are trying to be on time for work, you have an 80 year old lady trying her best to move back and forth for lottery tickets and cigarettes, but she scans and works slower than molasses. This is not a dig on her, she is amicable and friendly, but in a time when speedy efficient service is needed, they definitely do not put their power players in the pit crew. Secondly, the able bodied ones are more than happy to let her run the register, while they do things she'd be better suited to do, such as stock smaller items and re-tag prices.
MId-day crew is okay, and I mean that loosely. They do the job, but mostly they only involve themselves when necessary, such as when the self help kiosk is broken. You do get a "hello," or "good afternoon," which is nice.
Night crew is horrendous for an entirely different reason. I just went in the store about a half hour ago. There was a man with curly hair that was busy playing a game or maybe streaming something on his phone. Not a hello or hi to be had. I grabbed my things and put my item in the scanning area, and he didn't even look up to see if I needed anything, eyes just glued to the phone. Finally I asked if I could get something from behind the counter, and he didn't respond, grabbing it, and then asking "ID?" I purchased the products, and then left. To his credit, while he stared at his phone he did say "take care," but I definitely felt like an inconvenience by a long shot rather than a customer. He is slightly better than the bald man with an accent that openly talks about how much he loathes younger adults and other parts of society, but not by too much.
Overall I'd say I'd go to another gas station if possible, especially in the mornings. I'm not sure if it is the lack of good pay or just horrible hiring practices. It's either the pay is so bad that the only people who will take the job are people who don't have any other options due to their inability to do any other job well, or management just literally requires the employee to have a pulse and then gives them a paycheck.

If I could leave zero stars I would. It sucks because this is my neighborhood circle K and the workers and the rudest people I've encountered in a long time. The night workers specifically need to find a new job if they're that miserable and stop taking it out on their customers. Tonight the worker was directly talking about me to another customer when I said absolutely nothing to him and said I'm "probably gonna slash his tires" when I leave???- very strange behavior and extremely unprofessional. A grown man should never be talking to or about a young girl like that.

I’ve been to this location twice because it was on the way to my destination and I’m not sure why but this place stinks, like odd. Maybe they are using the same mop water but both times it was bad.

Advertising 3 different prices and associate does not know which is correct so they just take down the prices. Sounds like it cost as much as the employees want it to cost.

Steve is nasty to customer and doesn't clean anything and smell really bad pick his buttdoesn't change any of pops when empty and he a bad attitude and leave expired food out and he need to go

Now I have to wait for the morning manager, who has it under lock and key. Another kind gesture by Circle K.
