I'm from Shiftsmart and I went in the store Friday to do a shift through Shiftsmart I was stocking the cooler and somebody from the front kept pushing all the product on the floor from where the customer shops to where I was in the back room stocking the sodas the beer and etc. I couldn't understand who would be pushing all this stuff on the floor after I'm stocking it 5:20 PM I happen to be standing by the eggs somebody came by the eggs pushed all the stuff off the shelf I ran from the eggs all the way to the soda busted who it was come to find out it was their own employee Darien that was pushing all the stuff on the floor here me and Darien get paid from the same company which is Circle K and he's sabotaging my work he's supposed to be a leader leads don't sabotage their own store to get in touch with the manager in regards to this or corporate

I come in here every single morning for coffee. While most experiences are fine, I do have some complaints. How come the coffee utensils are rarely stocked? That’s unacceptable. Your store is understaffed so it makes PAYING CUSTOMERS feel unwelcome and uninviting to ask for help because your workers are OVER WORKED.DO BETTER for people that PAY YOU $$$$!!!

2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday and all the doors were locked with a sign saying that they would be back at 1:50 PM.

Sunday 9/24 at 10:12 am the black older lady just has a stank face all the time. If she doesn’t verbally say it she surely shows it when it comes to women. Idk what her issue is but her face isn’t pleasant at all, like the customer is an inconvenience to her. Thankfully the younger lady who was working was super helpful. Btw I AM also a black woman and I know an irritated worker when I see one.

What circle k doesn’t have public bathrooms..and the employee a girl with glasses so rude she needs to be trained to do good customer service!!!im not coming back to this location

I was here getting gas and inadvertently locked both my key and phone in the car. Gina and Mary at this gas station helped me getting a hold of my office to give them a heads up and my auto insurance company quickly so my car was unlocked and getting me on my way to my office on time. I appreciate Gina and Mary, for they have gone above and beyond on a busy Monday morning to help a distressed commuter when she needed it the most! Thank you, Gina! Thank you, Mary!

I've been to this location many times. For the most part it's a quick in and out experience but the downside is that on many occasions i've wanted to grab a food item with my drink and found that all the cold food items (sandwiches, wraps etc) were a few days past expired. Italian wraps with gray/pale meat and stale donuts. It has happened way too often to think that it is just a simple lapse in judgement. On one occasion, all the cold items were 5 days past expiry. Grossed me out.

There's several reasons I give this store specifically a 1 star rating. It is very clean and that's about where the pros stop and the cons begin. ALL CIRCLE K FOUNTAIN DRINKS TASTE TERRIBLE‼️ The tobacco products are not labled/priced correctly to name a few. This store is 2 seconds from my house where I currently work from home. I was looking to supplement some income as I seen a revolving door of CSRs at this store. I applied from the sign on the door. I spoke with Mary the hiring manager on Saturday morning. She told me to bring my ID and social security card to the interview as I had the job basically and to look out for a background check email. The email never came I did tell Mary I work during the week mom-fri starting at 8am she responds by asking if I can make a 10 am interview time to which I responded "yes I can move some things around at work so I'm avaliable". I arrived to the interview well dressed and on time. She was busy with other interviews so I hung out around the store for a bit. Only to be brought to the back office and told I did not pass the personality quiz and this is why she didn't send my background check over the weekend as promised. Failing the online test disqualified me from being hired so the entire "interview" was just a big waste of my time. She pretty much spent the whole 10 mins telling me I'm great but can't be hired and to resubmit a new application with a different email address.At this point I felt disrespected and disappointed as I'am clearly over qualified for this part time position. However I swallowed my pride and went through the entire application process over again. Only to be called and told she could not locate my new application and asked me to resubmit a 3rd application. I politely declined to do so and told Mary I would be withdrawing my name for consideration for the position.As an escalated support manager at my current place of employment for the past 5 years I must say the interview was highly unprofessional. There were several employees or vendors walking in and out of the office between myself and Mary as she conducted the interview. She said she couldn't locate my number to call me back on Saturday even though she had my application , name and my cell number I contacted her on Saturday morning. It's extremely unprofessional ans inconsiderate to waste my time knowing I had to #1 take time off from my current job to make the interview. #2 not doing the proper due diligence of communicating with me before my interview to resubmit a new application. If this is an indication of the leadership I was set up to follow it wouldn't have been a good fit for someone like me who is big on customer service and accountability.

Worst customer service ever. I asked if there is a restroom as I was a paying customer, and I’m a lyft driver. The gentleman working rudely responded with attitude to the tone no. I playfully asked what Circle K doesn’t have a restroom? His attitude was deviant for no reason, and responded my Circle K don’t!!! I was baffled like okay I get it you don’t have a bathroom for the public, but if someone is being polite is it really necessary to go the extra mile with being gruff????
