Very pleased! An hour before I came here I brought my 6 year old son to a peirrcing shop because he was ready for ear peircings. He was extremely scared and we ended up leaving. He was so sad because he wanted his ears done
I decided to bring him to clairs and the atmosphere was a million times better and not intimidating at all. I requested that both his ears get done at the same time and the employees were happy to do that, they were so sweet and nice to my son. Thank you guys again! He is so happy.

The lady at Arizona mills Claire’s with black hair is not friendly at all. She complains that I return a lot of stuff from there store. And claims if I return too many items that my account will be deleted.

Walking into this store is pure nostalgia. Oh the days of hello kitty everything, bedazzled rings and fancy themed purses. The walls are flooded with every accessory you can imagine. We brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced after scheduling an appointment online. It was quick and easy to schedule but we arrived early and they were more than happy to get us in earlier. The associate walked us through the process and showed us the earring choices. My daughter chose the multicolor flower posts. We signed a waiver that we understood the care instructions as she went over them and she asked if we had any questions. She was very gentle with my daughter and made her comfortable while marking her ears and even gave her a s****** The process was very quick and smooth. We were also given 20% off with the purchase of the piercing kit that comes with the earrings and the cleaner, so she chose a cute little fanny pack. We will definitely be back to add to her collection of accessories

Great atmosphere. The lady who assisted me very knowledgeable of her products. Claire’s is the number one place that I prefer to get my piercing cleaning solutions from. It’s called Claires rapid piercing solution. It works great.

My daughter got her second holes pierced here while on vacation. My daughter's ears were swollen for days. Then the earring started to embed inside the hole. I called my local Claire's and they recommended I take the earrings out and bring her in. The worker stated my daughter has thicker ears and should have been recommended a longer bar by the original piercer. Waste of time, money, and a piercing. We now have to let the hole close and get it re-pierced and they aren't reimbursing my money. I am contacting corporate.

Antonia is rude and has no patience for customers. (Your cashwrap is in the middle of your store, your customers can hear you saying rude things about them fyi).
