This is the closest car wash that is on the route that I take in the morning and the vacuums work maybe less than half of the time that I go. Why should I have to move to 3 different vacuums just to get a vacuum that is working correctly.

Just spent $40 on a wash and these are the results. I asked for a rewash of my truck and the guy said they couldn't do it unless I paid an additional $25 for mud removal. Should have said that when I arrived not after they left my vehicle looking the same as when I brought it in.

I pay for the top monthly membership, takes 3+ hours to get an oil change and car wash, my truck is NEVER clean, they NEVER put air freshener. Never wipe the dash down. This isnt 1 time, its EVERY TIME!! dont pay for the top membership, ill be going elsewhere.

I have been a valued customer for 7 years. I definitely appreciate the manager for the convenience store. His name is Eloy. Every time I come here it’s a great experience because of him. Honestly if he were to leave or not be taken care of I would not go back to this location. He is truly a great person and values the company. Hope you take care of your employees!

I have had the best experience at Cobblestone on Ray! Fast and professional. I had an issue recently with an oil change (a screw wasn't bolted in properly): Laura sent someone to my house immediately to fix it and I was on my way. Definitely recommend!

Went in for an oil change and had a terrible experience. First, I’ve never had an oil change take longer than an hour, but I was there for 2 and a half hours, which happened to be an issue that day. There was only 1 mechanic to work on all cars in there, severely understaffed. On top of that, I paid about $70 more than I pay for oil changes literally anywhere else. And then, finally, I wasn’t asked if I wanted my car washed, they just decided to run it through, which meant I was waiting even longer, and they barely cleaned my car. I tried to contact customer service multiple times and they haven’t done anything. Don’t bother going to cobblestone, look elsewhere.
