0 starts for me. One time they scratching our truck and told us it was not them. This time, they broke the four weal drive knob and again told us, it was not them (it seemed that he was on drugs) But one of the pre cleaners saw it and told the truth that it was not broken when he first started cleaning the truck. “Manager” Kevin keeps on looking at the knob not knowing what to say…what about a sorry? And then he starts saying that he can not do anything about it and does not apologies for it either. Finally he tells us, to buy a new knob on Amazon and come back with the receipt! Saying that it can not be bought at a dealer ship, only Amazon. What is that about???? Still no apologies…and we need to order a new part, when they have broken it? They should train their staff correctly and give them customer service training. Kevin should not be a manager or work with people in general. We canceled our memberships.

I took my vehicle there today to get it washed, and they didn't even wipe the inside of the car. They weren't even busy. The door jams were not wiped down, which they never seem to wipe down. My finance also had to tell them to wipe the back of the car as well. I could understand if they very busy, but finishing up with the only car there when mine came out from being washed is ridiculous. I was very disappointed with my service today. Why pay for a service when you get a half ass job. Especially when it wasn't even busy. I believe we were in and out of there in 15- 20 minutes. That included the car wash. I pay for a membership for 3 vehicles and to not get have the inside cleaned is very disappointing. I am tempted to cancel my membership and go somewhere else.

Many other better options. Took my car in for the $25 service. They half assed wiped things down still dust on the dashboard. They missed 2 inches of the top of the windows. Rims were only wiped on the bottom so once I parked at home the black was still all over the rims. I went back and showed them they didn’t even vacuum the trunk and I was told I needed to ask them for that. They offered to do over but it would be a while. Didn’t bother I can clean up there mistakes in 10 minutes. Just a rip off.

We’ve been members here, but after today’s experience we will be canceling our membership. While getting our car washed, we noticed oil left on the windshield and windows. When the employee (Maria) politely tried to explain this, the manager began yelling at her instead of listening. When we tried to address the issue directly with him, he simply walked away from us.
This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward both staff and customers is unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Very bad quality. I had to go home to clean in inside of the windows, vacuum and wipe down the seats and electronic screens since that was all skipped during the platinum wash.

This Cobblestone has been my go-to for years. Took my 4Runner for a wash. It wasn't busy so the turnaround was fast. When called to retrieve my vehicle their were white spots on the hood that looked like dried soap. I questioned the attendant and he told me it's paint chips, that I need to take of my sunglasses to see. The spots wiped off easily but I commented that when you pay $30 to get a wash the car should be clean. He made some smart comment so I told him maybe I should speak to the manager. He said he was the dry and detail manager. I had planned to tip as I always do but put the money back in my pocket and told him I'll never return to this Cobblestone location. When I got in the truck the floor mat was askew and I told him they can't even get the mats straight. He then blamed the guys who vacuum the car. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Run from this Cobblestone if you want to be treated the way a customer should be treated.

There was no popcorn today, 7/19. I asked the cashier, she said she could make it, but would be 10 minutes. This is the main reason I love getting my car washed here and keep my membership. ?

Here we are, 7 months after my last poor review about moldy towels, and I just left the place and had to go ask for the restroom code at Starbucks just so I could wash my moldy hands again. I really hate having to bother people to get the restroom code. I can still smell disgusting mold in my car from those towels, and I'm off to go pick up my Uber passenger where they will have to smell it as well. Whoever is putting these towels out there either has no sense of smell or no sense of respect for the customer.

Came here stopped for gas and bought some things inside. And I wanted to get a refund on one item. The girl working there said she was new and didn’t know how to do refunds. So I had to come back in the morning and the girl working gave me a hard time as well over a dumb refund. None of the employees here have good customer service skills. This place sucks
