Cole Park is a great neighborhood park with a south and north side separated by a highway, but connected by a bridge with large ramps for easy access. The park offers open green space, a playground, and a bike/pedestrian bridge to safely cross over the US60 freeway to the adjacent Rotary Park. While the park lacks facilities like restrooms, it provides a family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of shade and space for dogs to run. Visitors can enjoy picnicking, grilling, and even playing Pokemon Go while reminiscing about past memories at the playground.
One of the few Parks left that have old growth trees. Very very beautiful, nice playground nice walking path up and over the bridge to the park on the other side which has even more park facilities. I love the piece and quiet here. A bathroom would be great but I understand the issues of having one.
