The staff in the front is always great at all Concentras, helping me with my DOT and my company, and keeps people informed of how long the wait is and being efficient. As for the doctors, unfortunately they seem to always be understaffed every time i visit and i end up waiting in the patient room for 30-45 minutes. When they finally get to me they are thorough and helpful.

Doctor would not let me.
Say what I have to say without getting interruptedid. Keep saying something was wrong with my bright leg. And there's nothing wrong with my red leg. Otherwise the and intakestaff.
And physical therapy group are excellent.

The staff was very courteous and professional from front desk intake to the providers of the actual services rendered. The lobby was not too busy but the throughput was high. No long waiting times.

The waiting was very clean unlike the other Concentra aka Thomas Rd & 35th in Phoenix AZ!!! The wait and medical staff were great unlike the one I mentioned above!!! I will be going this one for all medical visits in the future!!!@
