Honestly this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Just go to Walgreens and cancel your Costco membership. It’s not worth it anymore.

Always an enjoyable experience. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but it is because they have great prices and good people working the counter.

They take forever to fill prescription and, I had to wait in line for over 20 minutes. Only one cashier serving customers waiting for their prescription pick up at lunch hour time.

Love this pharmacy. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and always helpful in looking for options and best prices. They also look at the other medications you are taking and mention if something may conflict and timing needs to be adjusted.I always find everyone friendly and helpful.

I have been getting my prescriptions here for more than 20 years. The staff is never rude. They may be busy but are efficient and will work with you! Maybe the rudeness is with the customer. I've been to other Costco pharmacies and none are as busy as Tempe! Understand the pressure they are under.

These are great if you are not buying your meds here you are crazy the prices are great. Check your pets meds here also the prices are unreal as well.

Pretty poor customer service here, especially compared to the rest of the store. Long lines, grumpy employees and on my last visit they insisted I wait after paying for my prescription to speak to a pharmacist about my medication even though it was refill.... which they filled previously... and I said I had no questions about.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy to send your prescriptions to. The line is always a million people long and the staff is so rude. For some reason, the staff picks and chooses what copay discounts they want to apply. There is only one woman (who has been working here for 20 years and is an absolute saint) who has been willing to try running a copay discount card I have, and it has worked every single time! However, no one else has been willing to try and it's incredibly frustrating; as a college student I struggle to afford my mental health care as it is, and it's insane that staff can pick and choose what discounts they feel like applying. Don't waste your time and money here, find a pharmacy that's willing to help you.

After being rudely turned away for covid vaccine booster at a CVS I am at this. Costco pharmacy where my faith in the industry has been restored. Fast, friendly, efficient. Way to go.I recommend this pharmacy!
