I've worn glasses for ~60 years and, now that I have the new glasses, i can say the eye exam from Dr. Davis is the best ever. She was super careful to ensure every measurement was precise. Also, she's efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Miserable experience. It's like cattle cars in there. The place was dirty with stains on the chairs. I waited an hour for an appointment. No one ever communicated that the doctor was running behind. I ended up leaving after waiting over an hour. I would not recommend and suggest you go somewhere else cleaner and more professional.

I got a missed called from this place thinking my contacts are ready. I called them back and they don’t why they called me and they went to go check if my contacts were in and put the phone down then he started to talk on and on with 2 other lady co-workers for 6 minutes about there coffee order from McDonalds I kept saying hello hello then finally he said hello? And did not even remember what he was helping me with!! It’s a huge waste of my time

Two of us got our eyeglasses ordered today. Sandy, our licensed optician who helped us, was exceptionally pleasant and efficient. She made our time spent hemming and hawing over eyeglass designs and going through the ordering process (and insurance) a pleasure. Thank you!

Once again Dr. Chung is awesome. She takes the time to explain my needs and the testing results. Front office is getting the job done as well. Highly recommend

The woman who helped pick my lenses on a Saturday (forgot the name) is what customer service is all about. I have a bit of anxiety but she was so patient with me taking the time to look at different lenses, did not make me feel rushed whatsoever. This was day and night compared to the last couple of places I checked out before. Keep up the great work it’s much appreciated!

Horrible customer service. It’s a bummer to be posting this, because they used to be really great. We’ve been going here for 5 years, but we won’t return. They made me return five times with my daughter to confirm her rx was correct, even though it was and she had no problems. Tried to order contacts and they denied the rx, saying it wasn’t up to date even though we got it updated less than 2 months ago. Also wouldn’t allow me inside with my daughter who is a MINOR because of Covid. Front staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Never seen any drs office run like this. Just a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience all the way through! Loved the optometrist! She was so nice and even though I went in just for glasses she was able to prescribe me contacts as well. Quick and easy.The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice as well! He went above and beyond to help me choose a pair. Got both pairs sooooo quick!

Stay away! I cannot believe that Costco is partnered with this practice. Not at all brand appropriate. I am new to AZ and decided to book with the optometrist inside of Costco because I have always had a great experience in the past no matter where I was.All the comments are the same- it is impossible to get a hold of this practice. I've called three times and not once was my call answered (mind you it was during business hours and not during their two hour lunch break). If you do not answer your phone when they eventually decide to call back, expect a pointed voicemail in your inbox. Finally got an appointment confirmation voicemail with conditions upon conditions of rules that if I violate they will have to cancel my appointment. I've never had an experience like this before with any health provider.Costco, there are plenty of qualified practices that I'm sure would make better use of this space.

I would have given a 2, never was able to contact anyone for appointment. but after getting prescription somewhere else. added a star cause bought glasses there. they had them ready in under 5 days, and were great about pick up and fitting.

Just went for gas. Long lines at the pumps but the wait wasn’t bad. About 80cents a gallon less than other stations I drove by. YAYYY!
