I must say Arturo Morales was great today with servicing my apartment. I love the fact they he contacted me 20 mins prior to coming out for my appointment. He was in and out in less than 30 mins. I was super impressed with his performance. He also took time to guide me through the app installation for my Modem. Give this guy a RAISE!!!!! ASAP:)

STEER CLEAR. This company treats you like a psycho ex when you try and break up with them. Back in April of 2023, I signed up for Google Fiber because hellllooooo why on earth would I stay with an internet company like Cox who has their service online maybe... 60% of the time? Anyways, I formally contacted Cox by telephone on April 28th, 2023 and requested effective immediately, that my services with them be discontinued. I was told by the time I hung up the phone, the services would be off with an effective date of 4/28/23. I was instructed to turn in my modem within 10 days. Seemed like it was a pretty smooth process! I went down to the Cox store at Tempe Marketplace about four days later, and turned in the box. They were unwilling to give me any paperwork at the time of surrender, but I didn't think much of it. I should have asked for paperwork I later found out.Flash forward a few months, the collection calls start. At this point, I hope you, reader, are as confused as I was because this made and continues to make NO SENSE. I canceled on 4/28/23; Cox is now alleging I owe for the billing period for - are you ready - JUNE through JULY. What???? I was paid through April and May when I canceled. This seems to be an attempt at strong-arming the last lil bit of money they can from me, and ethically, AS WELL AS FROM AN ACCOUNTING STANDPOINT, this is wrong.At this time, Cox has gone as far as to send their own error to a third party collection agency which has negatively impacted my credit, WHICH, has disrupted my finances.If you're thinking about internet, check out literally ANYTHING but services from Cox. Horrible, horrible, horrible company and I wouldn't wish the way they treat people with their either intentional or low-intelligence bookkeeping on ANYONE.

Carlos was extremely helpful in helping my husband and me transfer our phones from Verizon. We were in and out very quickly, and Carlos verified everything worked before we left. Thank you !!

Great place to go to because of the customer service. Carlos was so helpful. He answered all my questions and got me the best possible deal. If you come here ask for Carlos. He is the reason I switched companies. Tell him DJJ sent ya ladey.

I have had cox for 3 months, due to being in an apartment I had no choice, and have had to reset or an outage 7 times. This is ridiculous. I pay for 500mb yet it’s slower than when I had 200mg with another company. Support is near impossible. If you have a choice at all, stay away!

Terribly disappointed. Called 3 times on different days/times, left a message each time and never heard back. I was hoping customer service may be better at a store than the 800 number. Not the case here.

The place itself, I don't have much to speak on because I don't go in my husband does but the internet in general sucks . Like how do you expect your customers to want to move their phone service over and you can't even get down the basics of internet ?

Terrible Wi-Fi!!!! If you need internet I highly recommend you DONT use COX Wi-Fi!! Out of each month our internet goes out about 5-10 days every month due to there crappy service. I wish they offered dial up since that was so much better!!!!

I always have a great experience in this store, every time I am here they are curious and helpful and kind. I know at times things get busy it happens to all stores, but they do their best to make a great experience.

Not sure who’s in charge of outage response. Maybe nobody? If there is someone, they need to be fired.More so a review of the company not this location. If this wasn’t the only provider available, everyone would go elsewhere.Be warned if you have the choice. Poor customer service, poor outage response, lower speeds and stability then you pay for. What A Joke

Constant outages with complicated customer service. When we try to call for assistance we get told there's no outage. Yet we get text messages telling us there's an outage. There's never a live person available and when you get someone, they talk to you like you're incompetent. News flash, you have so many outages I can power cycle in my sleep. If I tell you I've power cycled, clearly I know the terminology enough to know how to do it. I can't wait for AT&t Fibre or other options to become available. Oh just got another txt message..2nd outage today.

This place had amazing staff! I came in recently to get the account changed from my deceased brothers name. The woman was so kind and helpful with us. She was able to help us quickly! Keep up the great customer service here!!!
