Had a great experience with this store after I dropped and broke my previous phone. The representative, Bella, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Was worried it was going to be complicated but she made it go very smoothly. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend this store!

The worst. This employee just sealed the deal on me finding a new service provider next month. Her attitude and her response to having to take my payment in-store was unwarranted and rude. I've been with Cricket for over 10 years, and this "lady" on 7-13 should strongly consider another career. Her customer service skills were severely lacking. Total disdain for The job? Your boss?

I can't solely fault the business, but since that employee represents that business, that's why I chose this rating. But for This Store Only. The associate, who blatantly, and I say blatantly because I knew immediately after the return-exchange process and he presented me with what he decided was gonna be my refund. I was refunded $19.02 but I already knew my actual refund was supposed to be $81.40. at first my plan was to use the credit plan Cricket uses, however the phone had to be a specific dollar amount in order to process a sale like that, so I decided to just pay for a phone which my son went in person to purchase. I actually wanted a different phone, but the store didn't have one then. The phone I bought was defective, so I returned it, by that time the phoneI originally wanted was now in stock, so I did an exchange, also, I'd taken photos of the original receipt, which on the day of the exchange this salesperson informed me he needed to keep. (Normally old transaction receipts are stapled to the exchange or return receipts). I retired after 35 years from retail sales, so consciously or unconsciously, I do sales tabulations with every transaction. I already knew what my refund was supposed to be. I even challenged the young man about the refund amount and the absence of my new receipt which would reflect the entire purchase process, he was uncomfortable with me from that point on, even giving me a phone case, a heavy duty glass lens cover, some other stuff, which I informed him, I'd accept his offerings, but that didn't negate the monies owed, that if he was that desperate to keep my money, he could keep it, just be aware I am aware of what he'd done and would let everyone know about it.

I have visited this Cricket store frequently, and have purchased accessories as well as received price quotes on new plans. The customer service Representatives have been pleasant to work with, my only concern would be there business rule of not allowing even Cricket Customer to charge their phones to even be able to make one phone call. Other than that the store is clean and easy to access from the light rail on Apache and McClintock in Tempe Arizona.
