I was able to secure a unit at Cube Smart in under 25 minutes. Very professional, friendly, and hassle-free experience. Lots of security camera around the building and on the inside that make me feel safe. You must have a code to enter through the gates and doors. They have a few push cart dollies available to use for loading/unloading. My unit was clean and my stuff feels very secure there.

Beautiful facility with great efficient staff. Jessie and Doug were a pleasure to work with. The entire move in and registration process was straightforward and breeze. The guys even searched area businesses to help us with the move.

It took a lot of communicating long distance to get everything taken care of but I’m happy to say all of the Cubesmart employees were very proactive and helping us get what we needed on the date we needed it.

I had a very good experience, things were quick and easy. Rose, help me but she was supposed to have her lunch break and she came back to help me. So far the office personnel have been good.

Excellent experience. The rental process was seamless, the units were clean, the building was kept at cool temperature (not luke warm like some other storage facilities), it was a secured facility, the move out process was simple and Doug and Rose in the office were outstanding! I highly recommend CubeSmart storage as they clearly work to satisfy their customers every storage needs.

I would never recommend CubeSmart to anyone. When accessing my unit on several occasions, I found dead rats. Every 3 to 6 months they would increase the rates without offering any deals or discounts for long time loyal customers.
