Manager, Fanci is the best. She helped me from downloading the apps and walked me through to how to do the autopay. She’s willing to help and the best manager I’ve ever met. I can give her more than 5 stars. Great customer service.

I had a great experience with Cube Smart and Fanci! The units are clean, well-lit, and secure, which gave me peace of mind while storing my belongings. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available to answer questions. Move-in and move-out were smooth, and I appreciated the convenient access hours. Prices were fair and competitive, especially considering how well-maintained the property is. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of short- or long-term storage.

Hot and cold on this one. Moved from another brand to CubeSmart for pricing increase reasons. Having to enter a code at 3 different positions to get in and out instead of just once wasn’t known until after signing. It does provide extra security as the office is 2 lots over from the gated storage units. We passed 2 larger CubeSmarts on the way home that did not appear on original Google Maps search for nearby locations. Air cooled facility is clean and fresh, not worn or banged up, and customer service is pleasantly responsive. Access & parking are tightly adequate and clean. CS app would not load on iPhone 16. No hand trucks or dollies, and heavy, hinged entry door inside the gate requires large, heavy prop (or a body) to hold it open for goods transfer. Loading & unloading is short distance from the car parking space at the entry door; a relief for this elder female customer. First month “free” doesn’t include initial fees.
