Been going to this pharmacy for 8 months now, it’s been a long 8 months of adjusting meds and finding the right combo so I have been in a LOT like at least 2-3 times a month, early on even more. Every experience has been good, they clearly work hard there and do their best. I’ve always gotten compassionate service when I’ve had to deal with insurance issues, that came up a lot when trying to adjust meds and doses. Even when there’s a line it always seems relatively quick and easy getting in and out.

Had a prescription refilled and pills were defective, probably over compacted, passing through the digestive tract without dissolving, and coming out the other end intact. Lady at the pharmacy very unsympathetic, and tried to put blame on my digestive tract rather than the quality of the pills. She just seemed annoyed and refused to do anything about the problem except refill the prescription again, using my last refill, at full cost, saying my insurance company would pay. When I pointed out they would be charging the insurance twice for the same medicine, she just kept repeatedly asking if I wanted to do it or not, as if there were no ethical problem ripping off insurance companies and charging them for defective medicines.I have met nicer people working here, but was shocked by the rudeness and lack of any attempt at a reasonable solution from this lady. I need to take this medicine and it is obviously useless if it can’t be digested. CVS apparently doesn’t stand by what it sells.

Why can't I talk to a human being when I call the store... my prescription is delayed and I want to know why its delayed and when can I get it... can't get through the AI repeating same stuff again and again...

This store profiled me when I was trying to make a legitimate return. The Manager on Duty, Jamie on a Saturday night, lied to me about their return policy being 30 days. Even after I told you that I've looked it up online and it said 60 days, she still told me it was 30 days and refused to take my return even though I had a receipt I could of shown her. Which she was aware of. I literally shop at CVS all the time, and a CarePass member, and use their pharmacy for my medicine and this is how I was treated.

Terrible service from Elizabeth Erb, NP. She greeted me with her looking at her watch telling me I was extremely late when no one was around waiting, it wasn't almost closing time, and mind you it was by 5 minutes. She gave me attitude from the beginning and continued to be rude while providing service. I've worked at CVS in the pharmacy for a while and this is my first time using the minute clinic here. Disappointed to see how unwelcoming they are at a place where you need care. The pharmacy at this location is up and running now that Farahi works there as i've worked under him for a bit. Terrible minute clinic due to her presence.

The pharmacist goes straight into accusation mode about insurance fraud. Didn't even ask me for details. I just had a question about a prescription because the dashboard showed a different quantity than what my prescriber said he was sending over. Doesn't even have the basic manners to address a customer or even wait to understand the situation.

The pharmacy service really depends on the pharmacists mood. They helped me well when I went in-person, but they don't give the same treatment on calls for some reason?

Fry the pharmacist was really mean. After he skipped over me a few times I asked him if he could help me. He told me he doesn't know if he can. That he had a hard day. Maybe he should find extra help in customer service. Obviously he needs a mental day. He proceeded to walk too fast through the store just to get me over to the cashier.

If I could leave a zero star rating for this pharmacy... unreal. They're a complete joke. I've dealt with them in person and on the phone. Both times I felt embarrassed at how poorly they ran their pharmacy. Go anywhere else.-pharmacy worked out today.

Horrible excuse of a pharmacy. What a joke. I've gone every single month, and every single month they have 0/3 of my prescriptions. Every single time. Unbelievably horrible place

go anywhere else. if you have the option to go to another pharmacy. do it. they keep doing this thing where they get the order. they see they need to call the doctor or insurance. and they said "oh, we can't fill this without calling."... AND THEN THEY DONT CALL!!!! they just put it on the back shelf indefinitely!!! this location is especially bad with HRT, i think everyone should go somewhere else but especially trans people or anyone on a controlled substance. prepare to be off ur meds inconsistently for an indefinite amount of time with no help, it's gotten so bad that it's literally a health hazard.

This pharmacy is a mess, they don't answer phone calls and they don't reach out to patients about the status of their medication.

Transphobia has impacted me getting my HRT medication filled in a timely way. I have been without medication after my doctor sends a script on more than one occasion. I encourage corporate to keep a close eye on this location, especially given the large amount of ASU students in the community. Overall poor communication and team cohesion among pharm staff and with store managers. Pharmacy team rarely answers customer phone calls, and doesn't reach out to customers to let them know the status of their prescriptions. Store managers choose to not get involved with pharmacy issues, and refuse to help out unhappy customers.
