I do not understand why all five employees must take the same 30 minute lunch break. Even if they did not have a.” Pharmacist” For that 30 minutes, they could at least have a tech or person to allow you to pick up refills.

horrible staff not friendly or knowledgeable and act like they work at Taco Bell. had to wait two hours for prescription and when I finally received it , it wasn't even the correct order. then had to wait in line again for another 20 minutes

Haven't had any problems with them smooth transfer from other pharmacy I was using helped me with my problems and always answer all my questions and concerns

Whoever answers the phone for the pharmacy or works up front is extremely rude. Don't even have to go in person to know the woman answering the phone has some real attitude for no reason.

Dropped in-store to get a script filled today (10/2/23). There are two women working at the front counter, not pharmacists, who look and ACT like they just got out of prison.I'm all for second chances, but these two are nursing some serious anger management issues.

Very nice and friendly staff. I asked about vaccines and where to find another product. Smiling staff walked me to the aisle and pointed the the item. Great customer service and with a smile. They have their own Minute Clinic for any emergencies. They have their own parking lot.

Picked up a med and had a wonderful customer service experience by Tisha, who was sweet, caring and efficient. The pharmacists were also very respectful and took care of transferring and special ordering the medication needed over the phone. I saw all the negative reviews and felt compelled to share a contrasting experience. Makes me wonder how much our own mood and outlook affects our experience in life and with others. Thank you Tisha and team for a smooth script pickup.

Went to The Minute Clinic for a strep test yesterday and had an overall good experience. Check in the as fast (I made an appointment online) and was completed at a self-serve kiosk. The PA was professional, kind, and quick. The technology was pretty neat and was able to tell us in 5 min if I had strep throat. The office and waiting area we're clean and I will visit again.The pharmacy was just ok. I waited 45 min for my prescription to be completed and was not overly impressed with that part of the process. Luckily I was able to walk around the store for a while. When I was not looking around, I sat by the pharmacy which seemed to be having a lot of issues filling prescriptions and finding other customers' information. Two different customers left upset in the time I was there. Visit the clinic and skip this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. They will screw things up. And they won't care. I feel confident in my opinion here after checking with my insurance, Dr., and another pharmacist.Mike Sanchez appears to be the issue here. Everyone else, on the other hand, seems quite competent tho, very kind, and didn't play dumb like he. Thank you guys.

Had my moms rx transferred over due to goodrx being lot cheaper than her Medicaire. Tech had such a hard time getting the goodrx coupon to work. Finally a nice male pharmacist came on named Nick who was able to get it to work. Never had this much issue with getting a goodrx coupon to go thru.

Usually I have had no issues refilling prescriptions here. When I did have an issue with updating my insurance I was treated poorly by customer service and given incorrect and conflicting information several times resulting in not being able to refill and get medication that I needed on time. After being misdirected several times, I contacted the pharmacy and spoke to a cvs employee who identified herself as Kendra and would provide no further information as to how I could identify her in the future as someone I had spoken with. She interrupted me several times and told me curtly that I just did not have the information she needed and seemed angry that I was needing assistance. I told Kendra I would need to contact my insurance provider for further information that she was unable to locate with my medical insurance information provided which I found strange, then I was told abruptly by Kendra to have a nice day in an extremely rude tone and had my call disconnected. I have decided to post my first review here because of how upsetting the service and treatment was that it has caused me to change to another drugstore and pharmacy and will recommend to anyone who values being treated with respect to do the same. If only I could give 0 stars. Ill be using Costco to refill my family's perceptions from now on.

As a customer who has been with cvs for years while avidly using my care pass every chance I get, I have never been met with such disrespect and ignorance from a pharmacist named Jessie ray. The first interaction I had with her was on the phone trying to correct a prescription mistake that she messed up. I was given 30 of my 60 pills before the new year and waited til today to fix it. While on the phone with her, she tells me that I have never been to this pharmacy, it may have been a mistake so I give her all of my information and she tells me that the insurance that I gave her isn’t even accepted here? (I just picked up my prescription 6 days prior) so I decide to drive in and bring my prescriptions to the pharmacy where she is hostile from the beginning as I came 20 minutes prior to her lunch starting. I again physically give her my information and she is falsely giving me information that is not on my file. She tells me that I have this insurance I’ve never heard of, than when I ask where it came from she said that they bypassed it to my real insurance which she told me DIDNT exist. So as I’m trying to figure out why I can’t get my prescription she starts telling me to calm down and that I am no longer allowed to get my prescriptions from this location for being rude. I have had nothing but the up most respect for every employee in that facility as I am there 5-10 times a month. Her actions were not only unprofessional, they were unethical, highly inappropriate and misleading. I am not angery at this facility, I am angry and hurt that a licensed pharmacist who has an obligation to do their duty failed so deeply that I felt the need to write this review

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. They never have my prescription in stock and then it takes them two days to fill it. On top of making me waste my time by calling me to tell me my prescriptions are ready as well as mark them as ready in the app, just for me to get there and have some staff member at the window tell me that my prescriptions aren’t ready? Get your prescriptions elsewhere. Wish I had the option to give zero stars.
