I went here to shop for some stuff and had to use the restroom I’m disabled,I asked the manager where it was he said that they have one but the clinic took over it so I guess people who spend there money can’t use it. The mgr didn’t help or care at all so unprofessional I will not be shopping here anymore!!!

I moved last year and was forced to switch pharmacies. I ended up here. These people have been so rude to me… constantly. Not just once or twice but regularly rude. I had an especially nice exchange today with Sarah and Monique. Sarah seems to always go out of her way to make my day better. Insert sarcasm here. Monique was just disrespectful and rude on the phone and Sarah is always working hard to make my day a little more difficult. I would’ve already changed pharmacies if I knew the area better. I will go out of my way to figure it out this time.
Update to review. They’re not just rude, but Sara is malicious. Sara has some control issues and now a personal vendetta. At this point, Sara is going out of her way to make sure I have a problematic experience and this is not the first time . My insurance covered my medication yesterday & my doctor is blown away by the situation (she thinks I’m making it up). Now I have to call tomorrow and explain this is very real. The doctor confirmed it’s just your average prescription with no special notations. Same pharmacy last month & they had no problem giving me my medication the day before I run out, but this Sara is just really special and she has gone out of her way to make my life unpleasant.
How does someone like that end up in helping profession? Miserable, I guess. My doctor is going to have to go out of her way to contact Sara tomorrow and force her to release my medication. And now I’m forced to find another pharmacy and get all of my medication’s as well as those of my families transferred all so she can feel a little bit in control. She’s not hurting me in anyway. It’s a little inconvenient but I’m just blown away she’s allowed to behave like this. Exercising her very little bit of control. This way is totally unprofessional. Find another pharmacy because this is just the beginning of the problems. I’ve had there the beginning of the end.

Horrendous customer service from zero IQ staff. I came in with a rain check for a half off item because the last time I was in the store the sale for buy one get one half off was not possible to use as only one item was in stock. I came back today with my rain check and instead of half off two zero-IQ and incredibly rude staff told me I would only get 25% off. Apparently the ability to do math is not involved in being hired here. Will not be back.

The manager is always so welcoming and kind. Brandon, salesperson, is so helpful and caring. He will go over my discounts, bonus bucks, etc to make sure I get all my discounts and coupons utilized.

Last week, I visited here for my annual exam and I was told that it would be totally free, then I see extras which they are saying I should pay. I explained everything about what I needed. I had received another annual wellness exam at the same place a year ago. Both of them did the same things, exactly same things, nothing was extra. But I got another cost which is not covered by insurance. So when you come here, be careful about what you would have got.

Cvs has rolled out a new program where you can no longer speak to someone about your refill. You have to leave a message. I have switched pharmacies due to moving. My father passed away and I needed to catch a flight I kept getting the voice-mail option not knowing of those , finally jumped on the provider line as I needed answers. A pharmacist answers he explains the new system. I told him I could respect that however I had a flight to catch and needed my stuff transferred over and I unfortunately couldn't wait due to the death. While talking to an actual human after explaining my situation this person declined to help me. Beyond insensitive and I sure didn't get my script before I left. Your new system is utter and complete bullshit!

I asked to use the restroom. But was told no public restrooms. Although the cashier guy was polite the pharmacy guy was rude.

I love CVS. I get my prescriptions there and also I shop there. I love the extra bucks and using them. The store is neat and employees are friendly they always greet you and become helpful when you need help

While shopping there, I was told by one of the pharmacy staff, "The restrooms aren't open to the public."
Absolutely disrespectful and ridiculous.
