This pharmacy has no idea what it's doing, they give you the run around to give you answers. I was told they would contact my doctor for a alternate prescription for one that would be out of stock for a while, 3 days they never contacted my doctor for something that was supposed to be immediate. Was told it be another day or so

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Their automated at system says someone in the team will call you back within an hour. And here we are 3 days later…no call. This job is too damn important to just ignore your phones. They are either understaffed or horrible at their job…either way don’t waste your time at this place.

I use CVS at Rural and Elliot out of convenience nothing more, but I’m done doing that even if I have to drive further. CVS isn’t a cost saver anyway. I’m speaking specifically about the pharmacy. They are inevitably understaffed, do not answer the phone and treat their customers as if they are annoyed to have to help them.

Wow. I am neatly a 50 year old mom of 5 and I asked to use the restroom. The cashier looked up and down my clothes. He then said, "Restrooms are closed."
I will never shop here again. I am so disgusted to be stereotyped. What a disappointment CVS.

Talk about dropping the ball. Placed a photo order on the website. Poster size and canvas orders are only available at certain locations. This is one of those locations that offer it. Ordered something a few days ago for a birthday present, needed it today. Only to learn it's not done and isn't possible.
So I place my order, get confirmation it was received, and finally an email my orders ready. Get to the store and was told their printer has been down for over a week and they're not printing anything. This tells me they haven't taken any steps to fix it either. Bc from experience when they have a machine down and they submitted for repair--that store won't show as an option for your order.

I would give 10 stars if possible. I drove to two other non-CVS locations only to find that the medication I needed was not available. I called this pharmacy, got a young lady who checked and acknowledge they had the medication. I walked in and got in line and the same lady that answered the phone asked if I had a prescription to drop off - I said yes and she asked me to step forward right away. She mentioned that it might take 30 minutes to get it filled so I said I will wait in my car. Less than 4 minutes later I received a call to pick up my prescription as it was ready!!! At the check-out counter the lady, Crystal, and the pharmacist explained what I needed to know and I was on my way. #1 100% professional. #2 F A S T (and I know that this location is busy but they are work quickly). #3 Courteous and helpful to me as a member of the "older" crowd. Fast, friendly, courteous, got the meds, got it right, and what else is there? EASY IN and EASY OUT. THANK YOU!

My car was towed from their parking lot with win 15 minutes of being there... We were trying to figure out where to go due to the construction across the street. We were visiting from Maine... Our car was gone when we returned and had to pay $ 135.00 to get it back... Just a warning to people visiting Tempe stay away from CVS and find a parking garage...

Poor service is so obvious here, suggesting poor management. Last purchase, I stood at the checkout counter with the employee clearly seeing me waiting; however, she clearly wanted me to the self-service checkout because she didn't want to do her job.
