I would give 10 stars if possible. I drove to two other non-CVS locations only to find that the medication I needed was not available. I called this pharmacy, got a young lady who checked and acknowledge they had the medication. I walked in and got in line and the same lady that answered the phone asked if I had a prescription to drop off - I said yes and she asked me to step forward right away. She mentioned that it might take 30 minutes to get it filled so I said I will wait in my car. Less than 4 minutes later I received a call to pick up my prescription as it was ready!!! At the check-out counter the lady, Crystal, and the pharmacist explained what I needed to know and I was on my way. #1 100% professional. #2 F A S T (and I know that this location is busy but they are work quickly). #3 Courteous and helpful to me as a member of the "older" crowd. Fast, friendly, courteous, got the meds, got it right, and what else is there? EASY IN and EASY OUT. THANK YOU!

My car was towed from their parking lot with win 15 minutes of being there... We were trying to figure out where to go due to the construction across the street. We were visiting from Maine... Our car was gone when we returned and had to pay $ 135.00 to get it back... Just a warning to people visiting Tempe stay away from CVS and find a parking garage...

Poor service is so obvious here, suggesting poor management. Last purchase, I stood at the checkout counter with the employee clearly seeing me waiting; however, she clearly wanted me to the self-service checkout because she didn't want to do her job.

Besides having the slowest pharmacy and closing for when most might have time to stop in and pick up their prescription your your weekly ad was advertising great discounts for picking up the items in the store only the store is somewhere in Indiana. The health records are all correct and know I am in Tempe and I can’t figure why the ad was trying to trick me into buying things in another state. It gave me an option to edit the store, but it looks like a phishing scam because you already have all my information.After January first my new health plan is associated with Walgreens, a company I respect and worked at for over 4 years.I think CVS is one of the incompetent and least caring of their customers.We always had staggered lunches so there would always be coverage.I feel sorry for your overworked employees due to your greedy understaffing.I have been very unimpressed with CVS from the first time I using CVS when I first started using in 2016 at the 16th st and Baseline and I was recovering from surgery and the store would never have the painkillers I needed after a bad accident where I needed surgery. I had to go to Fry’s every time.

Hi, old lady with short straight hair in the pharmacy cashier. Please respect and if the customer gives you a smile what's the harm in smiling back?To the other customers you can be so friendly, so to me you can act the same, or if you can't you can act normal, don't be so rude. What's the difference between me and other customers?

Avoid this Pharnacy at all costs!! The CVS I used to go to closed and my prescriptions were transferred to the one on Elliot and Rural. I have been there several times to pick up my meds....always had problems, and had to return several times to get the same medication. Incompetent, unfriendly, and rude! The wrong CVS was closed!!

ZERO STARS!!! CVS Specialty Pharmacy shipped a very costly specialty drug to the CVS at Rural and Elliot in July, 2023. I had received 2 trial injections prior from my Dr. earlier in July. Because of side effects, my Dr. stopped this treatment in early August. I contacted the CVS Pharmacy on Rural and Elliott, August 2nd and told the Pharmacist the drug needed to be returned to CVS Specialty. The Pharmacist said he would return it. I also followed up with CVS Specialty the same day with the same details. However, I keep getting electronic notifications and hard copy statements that I have a balance due. I have contacted CVS Specialty Pharmacy a total of 3 times now to get this issue resolved. The representative I spoke to today, 9/26/23, said the drug is still sitting at CVS on Rural and Elliott. It has been almost 2 months. My balance won't zeroed out until CVS on Rural and Elliot ships the drug back to CVS Specialty. I was advised today that Lisa, the lead pharmacy tech, would be shipping the drug back when she receives instructions from CVS Specialty.

This place has always been convenient and quick for me. The pharmacist and techs are always super friendly.I recently went to a different CVS and was appalled at the service there. This may be the best CVS in AZ!

The pharmacist was very rude for no reason. Customers in line at the pharmacy should not be informed of my prescription details or when i get them refilled. This is a very serious matter and will be reaching out to management for this incident.

This location has very helpful staff- kudos to Jonathon and Diane who helped me today! They found an item that I thought was out of stock and then explained how I could save money on my purchase. Thank you two!
