Lisa is an absolute sweetheart and as a student at ASU I swing by at pretty random hours of the day. She always very kind as well as all the other employees. Lisa if you read this you are awesome!!!

Just ran into the most rude cash register attendant Lisa. My girlfriend attempted to go in and buy a pack of cigarettes and she accidentally forgot her I’d so she ran back to the car to get it and attempted to show Lisa. Lisa then refused to sell them without even looking at her ID. I then went in to attempt and try and buy cigarettes for myself. She was in the back stocking the shelves and never acknowledged me. I had to ask her to please come and help me. She told me “that girl” told me she was going somewhere else. Which was a lie. I then asked if I could purchase a pack for myself and she flat out refused me service without even looking at my ID. I’m 33 and my girlfriend is 32, so this should of been no problem. Just want to let management know LISA is very rude and turning away paying customers for no reason without even checking ID’s. Awesome way to make money for a business to turn away a paying customer for no reason at all. lol. Will never be back here again. STAY AWAY from this place if you can.

Went to this store and Lisa was absolutely disgustingly rude to my bf an I. I walked up to the register and looked for the cigarettes I needed that were more on sale compared to another pack. She weirdly looked at me and stood staring before going behind the register and before even acknowledging me. I didn’t have my id, so I grabbed it from outside the door (we were parked directly outside because it’s raining) and brought it in. I wanted two diff packs and she said she needed another Id. I didn’t know it was illegal to buy two diff packs of cigarettes at 32 years old, let alone the fact that Ms. Lisa didn’t even look at my ID to begin with. She is refusing service to paying customers. I said I would just go somewhere else. My bf decided to try instead because it is so disrespectful and she refused him and said “Your Gf decided to go somewhere else so you need to too”I will be contacting Lisa’s manager tomorrow and I absolutely do not put up with this disrespectful attitude for simply walking in and asking for what I’m there to buy. Very much uncalled for. I did go back in and ask for the lady’s name and she was very quick to point her badge out and say her name was LISA. So with this being said, I understand that this is an area of college students and may have a reputation of “kids” coming in, but I will NOT tolerate being treated like this no matter what, especially for someone who is visiting this area!
