Everyone here was very professional and respectful. However, these shops tend to be extremely overcrowded and it takes up to a couple hours to get everything taken care of. Time I don’t have. And you can get these services done much faster at a local tire shop/llantera 🤷

Attaching a car that is not owned by me to my name, email, and phone number, calling my cell telling me the car is ready and not taking the car I don’t have off my profile especially after explicitly telling employees when dropping The vehicle it wasn’t mine.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire on Southern Ave in Tempe! I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation and to check my TPM light on a Friday. Javin was awesome—he quickly identified I needed new tires and even found a floating stud while changing them. He referred me to another body shop to get it fixed and worked with them to make sure everything was taken care of. On the second day, I went back to Discount Tire for the final touch-ups. Johnny handed me my keys and told me to come back if I ran into any issues. Sure enough, I did, and Javin helped me again, even an hour before closing. Great customer service all around—highly recommend! Thank you Javin! you were wonderful!

They didn’t even tighten my lugs all the way after installing my tires. I noticed some lose when I got home. As a Lyft driver this could have been very bad possibly fatal at high speeds. Will never use discount again terrible company.

Impeccably clean, greeted with a smile, and taken care of from start to finish. THIS is the kind of service that built my Discount Tire loyalty - brand loyalty that was put to the test by the other experience. Now? I'm loyal to this location.

These guys are great. Rolled in with a flat and had 2 brand new tires in under an hour. I provide transportation for people in wheelchairs so they understood how important it was for me to get back on the road so my passengers aren’t late to their important dr appointments. Thank you everyone!

I have had the pleasure of purchasing tires at this store for my daughter. The customer service is excellent. They were very thourough about what I needed. Not only did I need tires, but they made sure my windshield wipers were replaced as well.
This last time, my daughter had gotten a nail in her tire. They replaced the tire for free due to me having purchased a certificate of warranty.
It was a quick and efficient process.
I will always return to Discount Tire. A company I trust to be honest, friendly, and efficient!

I had a great experience at this store. A tech accidentally damaged some of my wheels during service, which was frustrating, but Javin and Sam went above and beyond to make things right.
They took the time to verify the issue, took full responsibility once it was confirmed, and quickly found a solution. Their customer service was top-notch, and they turned a bad situation into a great experience.

They saved me 500.00. Tesla wouldn't repair my tire and I only had 3000 miles on it. It had a screw right in the middle and was easily plugged. Thank you Discount Tire for your great customer service.

Air check at 5:30 pm on a rainy Tuesday. Only 1 car ahead of me and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Seems like the best time to go is in the late afternoon, given that I have seen 10-15 cars queuing up in the morning after a cold night.

I've been there many times in the past two years. Always received great service. When one of the tires got a nail stuck, they even fixed the tire for free!
