I went in after getting a flat and was surprised by how terrible this location is compared to some of the others. I already knew the tire I wanted and they tried to talk me into a more expensive one, yeah normally that would just be sales but I had already told him I want it to match my other tires. He also tried to tell me a secondary tire needed to be replaced. Little did he know, somehow, that I replaced it two weeks prior at a different location; I'd think that would be on my account. I ended up paying more for the same tire and the same job I have gotten twice in the very recent past.

In May we took our minivan in to this Discount Tire location and bought 3 new tires. My teenage son then drove the van to New Mexico on Friday and was returning on Sunday. As he was driving home on Sunday, after driving less than 500 miles, the passenger front tire sheared from the bolts and flew off the car causing significant damage to the car. He had the car towed to Lordsburg, NM and stayed in a hotel. The next day was Memorial day but I found a mechanic that agreed to fix the vehicle if I purchased and delivered the parts. I had to drive from Payson down to Lordsburg, buying the necessary parts on my way. The mechanic charged extra since it was a holiday. I contacted Discount Tire after it happened and they seemed very apologetic and ready to help resolve the situation. The manager responded to my email with a phone call the next day and I heard from corporate fairly soon after that. I actually had very high hopes they would do the right thing based on these phone calls. Once I got them all of the requested documents, I was told they are not liable and they offered me $500 as a goodwill concession. this doesn't even cover the cost of the repair much less any of the damages! They are absolutely liable as they are the last ones to have touched the bolts on the tire that were loose and ultimately failed causing the accident. We are extremely lucky no one was injured. The van has been totaled by my insurance and because I still had a loan, I now have no car and no insurance money to get a car. I am asking for a settlement to parts, repairs, and the loss of my vehicle. Mike Beebe with Discount Tire claims department was very friendly and helpful until he had all the information and then he said they determined that Discount was not liable, now he won't even return emails to negotiate. I am very disappointed with how this has turned out. I have been a loyal discount customer for more than 15 years. If they don't make this right, I will be buying my tires from a more honest company who hires knowledgeable people. Faulty tires can literally kill people. This situation should not be taken lightly.

On 9.11.24 I took my truck to this store for a tire rotation and balance. I was hesitant because my last 2 visits at this store resulted in them cross threading the bolts onto the studs and those studs needing to be repaired on their dime....Good for Discount to pay to fix a wrong but I already missed 2 days of work to have my studs repaired so I made sure to tell the employee helping me. Half hour after dropping my truck off, they call me and say we are sorry BUT we cross threaded 3 bolts and we can not remove your driver side rear at all and it needs repair first. So I wasted a couple hours NOT getting my tires rotated and balanced AND NOW YET AGAIN, I have to suffer the inconvenience of taking another FRICKEN day off work to repair their shotty work. I CAN TELL YOU that I have always had great experiences at every other location I have every visited. I just don't get it why this store struggles so much with quality....Is someone on there staff cross threading on purpose? 3rd time bringing my truck here is shame on me. If you like Discount Tire find another location...As for me, I am not sure I can go back after this wrong....

I went to have 4 new tires replaced. Once the the work was completed I noticed that the side wall of the tire was different. Apparently when he was checking the tire sizes he forgot to mentioned that they did not have that type of tire style in stock that was intended for that car. I wish they would have let me know more info about these tires before purchasing, giving the fact they are the tire experts.

I have had this before with this company. I made an appointment for a flat repair, the wait time was outrageous. I made the appointment for 12:30pm and my vehicle didn't get finished until almost 2:30 pm. Seriously, what is the point of an appointment if I still have to wait hours for a simple flat repair?

My tires were mounted incorrectly the last two times at this shop: once in 2019 and again today.
Due to an asymmetrical tire design, Michelin labels the sidewalls with inside and outside. I told the advisor, Luis, I had an issue the last time I visited and asked them to ensure they followed the tire’s markings. Luis assured me they would, but when I arrived, I noticed the word inside on the outside of the vehicle.
Luis also mentioned they filled the tires to the correct PSI, but when I checked, they were done incorrectly. My vehicle has wider tires on the back from the factory, and the PSI listed in the door jam has two pressures, one for the front and one for the back. They did not follow these PSIs and filled them equally.
I would not recommend this location. For the correct service, drive up to the Talking Stick location.

I'm never coming here again... they never put the tire on, but they still charged us... and I am still waiting for them to put my money back in my account.. this happened july 3, and it's now the 13th..

Brought car here twice for rotation and it vibrated like crazy after. Brought it back an employee said oh yeag this is wrong we will fix it, sorry, then i leave and same thing happens again. Im now at a different location for try #3

A+ for customer service! I have visited this location more times than I’d like to admit over the past two years, and each and every time I am beyond impressed with how accommodating, friendly and enthusiastic JP and all of the staff are. I don’t know how they do it.. but they are just exceptional!

I've been coming to this location specifically for years and service is consistent and efficient! The staff is always welcoming as well. Today J.P. took care of me and my subi, from someone that loves her car like her own child, I appreciate this location ??
