I understand that coming as a walk in customer with no appointment, that I would have to wait a bit. 2 hours felt a little excessive just for an alignment, but I figured all the customers in front of me had appointments. I was wrong, there were many walk ins that were able to get help and get out within a pretty timely manner. When I asked what took so long to get to me, I was told that I was forgotten about because my ticket never got sent to the back, for some reason.

Attempted to get my tires rotated for the first time after purchasing them. My vehicle is all wheel drive so it needs to be rotated every 5000 mile increment. Lady that was assisting me inspected the vehicle, stated that I was around 4500 miles, and rotating the tires would not be beneficial. She advised that if I rotate now that I have to do it every 4500 miles, but I advised her that the vehicle had 56,000 miles on it and I wanted to get the rotations on the same schedule as the oil changes. She kept pushing back stating about the 4500 miles on the tires now and after the third time of her stating about the 4500 miles I left the premises since it appeared that she did not want to fulfil my request.

We brought in our car that required replacing two tires. We were told the tires would be delivered and car would be ready for pick up on Monday. Monday came around and somehow they only got one tire delivered so they needed more time. The guy seemed suspicious about it so we asked him if he just forgot to order the second tire. He would not answer the question and just said "do you want it replaced or not". This is certainly not the worst shop but service was not great and I don't like it when a car shop of any kind is so willing to lie to you. There is already enough distrust in this industry. This definitely made a bad impression so just proceed with caution.

I would give it zero if possible went to get an alignment waited two hours with only one car in front of me and I left didn’t even get it done they couldn’t finish one car

Got a wheel alignment here and it’s worse then before , they told me afterwards that they can’t get the front part done only the rear because of worn suspension parts , at the time I didn’t know they weren’t even supposed to do a alignment if they see this kind of problem . I ended up paying for the alignment and find out it’s worse than before. I had to ask around and eventually found out alignments can’t be done with worn suspension! Just literally got scammed here , smh tired of shops like this just want the money and won’t actually fix the problem

I have typically had good experiences with Discount tire, but recently I had some work done incorrectly that led to a flat. When I returned for a fix, I learned from the manager that the work should not have been done in the first place.

Attempted to go in for a normal tire rotation, as I had purchased 60k mile warrantied tires from discount. I knew the tires were approaching about 53K miles of use and were nearing their end. Asked if they could simply rotate the tires with the most tread to the front. Service assistant took a look over my tires and said there was nothing they could do. No warranty repair. No rotation either. Waste of my time. Learn from my mistake. Go somewhere else. Im not buying from them ever again.

The free air check lady is rude and slow at the job the line stays @ a 45 min wait and the store is empty. This location is notorious for slow service and not honoring the discounts on the website

Used to love this place, but my last 2 experiences have been ROUGH. Had an appointment this morning at 945. It's after noon and they haven't even brought it back. Brought it to their attention. "That's just the way it is." Wow. I guess this sign is not quite accurate.... (Updating to 2 stars because the manager actually apologized.)

Well I posted a review a couple months back. The manager reached out and asked me to provide details. He said that he would take care of the problem. I provided the details and no follow up at all. This is so sad the Discount Tire has slid down to the bottom on the service side:-( Now 3 months later no support from Discount Tire.

Their service is so slow. All from taking your money to buy tires to doing free air checks. They need to find team members that want to the job. I’ll definitely not go back to this location

Very very slow moving lines in the waiting room. Then this guy came in after we all waited for about 15 mins and basically cut the whole line and they just let him do it and went outside for over 10 mins with this guy who just walked in. Please let people know where the line starts and don’t offer to serve them before other people who have been waiting patiently. It was very obvious he walked in last and got served before most of the other people there. That’s just bad customer service. I’ve been here for over 30 mins now with only about 4 people in line in front of me not including the guy who cut everyone.

Just being honest, it's 9 in the morning and it's beautiful outside, go do your own tires if your getting air, waited an hour just to check my tires. Good wake up call to just do it myself lol
