We had a copier delivered. Adrian and Tony the technicians took the old one and moved in new one. They also spent quality time to make sure that we were up and running on all computers. They were super friendly and very helpful! It made the transition smooth.

This team is amazing! Incredibly fast response time, vast knowledge of many industries, and experienced staff that are always kind and accommodating. They have been such a wonderful support system to our company. We wish we had started using them sooner. Highly recommended!

Your IT Support Admin, Michael Holman is an absolute blessing. He was the first contact I was given by the company I work for and I’ve yet to request for anyone else when opening a ticket. He puts up with me (and our office) requesting for even the simplest troubleshooting. I’m definitely not the most patient person but Michael has made even the worst IT issue days enjoyable and never keeps us waiting. Our entire office is very lucky to have him.

Earlier this year, I switched from another IT company to Document Technologies. WHAT A BLESSING! We went from being ignored and assistance taking days. Having to go through the least knowledgeable techs at their company to finally get to talk to someone after a week who might be able to help
Document Technologies has been totally different! From day one they have been helpful and FAST. They are fun to work and my entire office of 9 employees LOVES them. Thank you so much for all your help we finally are on the right track with our technology!

I've been using them for over three years and I've had a great experience. Service is always fast and checks in quarterly. I have 2 Copiers and a built in phone system. I've never had one issue. The ticketing system is so convenient. I get my issues completely resolved in less than 30 minutes. Looking at the other reviews it seems like in the past they've had some issues. Every company has their ups and downs. I get it, Employees are tough. Every owner wishes they can do everything themselves so everything is done perfectly, but you simply can't. I came to an understanding that the other negative reviews are people who had a contract in place, then wanted to change it months later without wanting to pay the penalty fee. So they throw a fit and write a yelp review. I would disregard these. With the vendors I've had in the past its been a nightmare. Especially Nextiva where I was never attended to. I've been taken out to lunch, they stop by in person, and they're never clueless. They CARE! Which most companies cant seem to grasp. I would highly recommend Document Technologies. I usually review food on yelp but I had the nicest conversation with them this morning and needed to write this. These negative reviews are just nothing at all what I've experienced.

Taylor and June have been excellent in handling any issues with our account since we took the leap into VOIP phone service. They are always quick to respond to any issues, and always make it a point to followup to be sure everything had been handled.

I have had a great experience with Document technologies over the past 2 years. Taylor Stinnett has been a valuable partner to my business. You will not find a more responsive rep. I started with a document management platform and have added their VOIP platform through 3CX as well. My previous VOIP provider had call quality issues that we could not solve. Taylor was able to pinpoint the underlying issue and provide a fix. Any time I need anything Taylor and his team are there. Larry Weightman, my service administrator is great to work with as well. The fact that they are a local makes all the difference. The amount of time I wasted on the phone with 1-800 nobody cares service departments was out of control. That is just something I no longer need to do. I also know when it comes time to scale my business, I have a resource to help walk me through the logistics. They bring great value.

We've been using Document Technologies for years at our office. All of their service techs have been great. One of our reps, Taylor Stinnet, checks in with me periodically. He's very attentive and makes sure we're utilizing everything they have to offer.

I have had a copier with them for several months. No problems, made my business run better. Just got a phone system Installed today and I was extremely nervous about the process, We are a very busy Air Conditioning company and Being without phones and internet in the summer is a no go! My rep Taylor made me feel comfortable and assured me it was going to be ok. Sure enough everything went smooth! He even brought us all breakfast! Wow what a great company that cares. Thanks guys
