Visited there this morning And had to wait over 20 or more minutes for my food.They had four people working and the cashier forgot to give me my doughnut, and when I asked where my food was they said that they were "slammed", although it wasn't busy at all.Yet, people behind me in line, two to go orders, and multiple people in the drive-through got their food before me (I got two sandwiches).Also, my large coffee was like half filled and the new peach drink is basically soda water with peach syrup.Super terrible service and food.

My coffee is NEVER hot, always tepid on a latte. I go 6 am and They are slow and service is fair at best. Sadly closest to my home and consistently disappointed. I will stop going because I can't keep giving them chances hoping for the

Do NOT order HOT CHOCOLATE here - it is WATERY! This location does not make it rich and creamy as DD hot chocolate should be.Very disappointed customer

What a terrible experience. Guy taking orders was rude wouldn't allow anyone to order food said he's to busy for that. There were 4 cars. Then got to the window and refused to give us our coffee. Said we can park and come in. Rude comments and remarks. Never again Dunkin.

Drove through this morning to get 2 coffees and food. Was told at the menu that they "are too busy to make any food and if we wanted food we would have to come inside". Wasn't informed until after paying that we would need to COME INSIDE TO PICKUP OUR DRINKS because they weren't ready.I told the tatted guy working his absolute slowest at the window that if I wanted to come inside I wouldn't have driven through.They're making me wait in the parking lot for 2 drinks as I leave this review.Save yourself the trouble and skip it. Bosa or Starbucks is a much better experience.

I come here everyday for the past 2 years and lately my coffee has been messed up . I have ordered the same thing and I never change my order! I do understand it gets busy, but we really need to focus on every person's order and making sure we are getting what we are getting charged for. Corporate may be pushing your team to do things in a certain time frame, but I rather wait longer for my correct order. Thank you

New Year's eve, 6:30 a.m., ordered two French cruellers. Both were stale. Thought I couldn't be right the Christmas sprinkles gave it away. Can you imagine? Now, it appeaed as if someone was being trained at the Drive Thru so I'm sure whomever was training this person KNEW HOW VERY OLD THOSE DONUTS WERENot one time in my 50+ years have I ever received a stale donut from Dunkin... Today is a first.Congratulations

They have the most friendliest workers, I never had a problem and if I did they never had a problem with it. The manager is the sweetest person and seems to care about her employees.

Walked in this morning to get my coffee and was yelled at by the Manager. Was told that the lobby was closed and to “get back in my car and go around like everyone else”This was my first experience at this particular Dunkin’ and it was the worst I have been ever treated by an employee. After going around and getting my coffee one of the other baristas apologized to me and when I asked who yelled at me said that her managers name was MJ and she was the one to make the decision to lock the lobby doors. After speaking w that same barista a bit more she explained that MJ is always rude and belittles her employees to the point where they don’t even want to come to work.Management needs some serious evaluation and training on how to speak with customers.
