The assistant manager, Jeff B was great in helping me locate the correct color match for our front door. We changed locks recently and needed touch up where the previous lock was. Thank you so much for your help Jeff

I walked in and the girl and man at the counter looked me up and down rudely for reasons I don't know. I stood in line and the petite girl with dark hair was ignoring me anyway. But the guy standing next to her finally greeted me and then she suddenly pipes up to help me. She spoke to me in a loud, abrasive tone that was off putting and when I asked if they had a sample of a certain paint, she said no. I thanked her and left and she said your welcome in a saccharine, seemingly insincere way as I was walking out. I shook my head as I left. So then I called two other Dunn Edwards and both of them said they do give samples of that exact paint and both staff were polite and more chill. I went to one of those stores (in Phoenix) and they treated me with more respect. No weird looks or unfriendly tones. I suggest skipping this store and hitting up the Phoenix ones instead. You will not only get better service elsewhere, you will get the sample of paint you want.

This one star is simply for the lack of customer service received when they double charged my credit card via a telephone order. I first called them about this when i noticed the double charge. Monique informed me they were having credit card issues, and that it would probably just 'drop off'-- next day, the charge had gone through. I called the store manager and he said he could do nothing about that - to call my bank, he could do nothing. I asked if he could use look up the charge and issue back a credit -- nope, I had to call my bank. It was 'my' problem now. All companies can reverse charges....this is just pure laziness and complacency. You don't treat customers like this if you want them to return. So now I have 400 of charges for a few gallons of paint, my bank will send me all this paper work to fill out, and Dunn Edwards could care less....thanks for wasting my time.

Don’t go if you are a youngish girl... I came in- no other customers in the store and no one aknowleged me. I literally stood by the paint samples looking at them so they would get the hint- but they just said nothing and the one of them who was free literally went to the back... like damn ma I get if you are busy but it was literally just me... why would I be in the paint store for fun... anyways just go to home depo if you a girl cause they probably only talk to paint guys

This is an incredible paint store. I took a small peeled paint sample in and they did an amazing job of matching it. Mallory handled this whole thing in a very professional and competent manner.
