Had a little issue getting a hold of reservations. Other than that, the hotel was great! Beautiful pool area with a hot tub, clean rooms, and comfy beds. There is a free made to order breakfast in the morning and 2 ? tickets for the evening.

Cannot rave enough about the staff. We had a hiccup during our stay and they went above and beyond to make it right. The rooms were like mini apartments, which was welcoming right off the bat. The outdoor pool is actually heated, with multi-colored lights for night swimming and actual deep end. There were lemon and orange trees outside of our room bearing fruit too. All in all we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again next time we're in the Phoenix area.

Rooms are old and the place looks to be a converted apartment building. Room have single pain windows. Old elevators and the place is a maze! Front desk staff was rude except for one lady and the cost for the suites are not worth the price!

The amount of road noise is unbearable. The rooms are dated, and the rooms facing the freeway have single-pane windows. It’s practically like the freeway is running through your suite. The point of a hotel is for rest and sleep, and if you can’t sleep because of the road noise, this place is not for you or me. Upon arrival in the room there was no water and room service or front desk also dont answer the phone calls.Overall, very disappointed. It was our anniversary to visit this place but very bad experienceDo not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Embassy Suites were ok, rooms were big. A little bit of traffic noise so if you're a lite sleeper you may want to wear earplugs. Location was perfect, close to ASU, which is why we were in town.

I stayed at 4 different hotels across the valley this week. This one is by far the best. All of these newer places seem to forget how to treat people. The amount of bang for your buck you get here is incredible. The staff at the free breakfast buffet treated me better than when I was out to eat at a local restaurant. This is a hidden gem and I will be staying here again when I return to the valley of the sun.

Very friendly, restaurant and free breakfast was delicious and hot. But there were over 11 pee stains in front living room.

I rarely leave reviews but I’m this case i had to. I read several comments on rude workers and this was so not our experience. They went above and beyond, Julio at the front is the BEST as is the lady serving drinks at happy hour, and the lady making omelets daily. All the workers at breakfast were helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t want to mess up their names but they are awesome! The grounds are a bit run down, not worth mentioning but a few reviews talked about it so I thought I would address it. So not worth a complaint. Location great, if you are questioning it, don’t, just book the room!

The rooms were spacious and nice. The staff was super helpful. Our only slight downside was that it was so close to the US 60.

Came to this hotel for a Christmas party. Facilities were nice and service was friendly. Did not stay for the night but enjoyed the grounds and common areas.
