Rented a Nissan Rogue here for almost two weeks. About half the cost of a rental at the airport with much better service. Got here by using the train from the airport and a local bus--but even using Uber or Lyft would be worth the cost savings.Highly recommend this location!

First time car renters - $350+ cheaper here than at the airport, so even with ubering to/from the airport we saved over $300.Employees were very friendly, quick, and had the EXACT car we wanted. The car worked great on a 1000+ mile roadtrip over one week with no issues. Return was super quick with no hidden fees or charges,

I'm writing this review in my car before I even leave the Enterprise parking lot, because I wanted to make sure I did not forget to write this, because of the busyness of life.I am writing this review because I must give a big Kudos and many accolades to Enterprise representative:*DARRELL WASHINGTON*.I had called the branch and spoke with a man, who I fully expected to tell me, "Forget it; it's too late. We close at 5:00".It was already 4:59 p.m. I told him I had a 4:30 p.m. reservation but I was running very late, but I was only a few minutes from there. He did not discourage me at all from coming in.If this was most other places, they would tell me it was too late; they were now closed and they were sorry. (Let me also point out this is the Friday of Labor Day weekend.)I arrived at 5:04 p.m. If that wasn't bad enough, but then there were a lot of complications with me having to use my debit card and then having to produce my car insurance exedra exedra.Never once did Darrell show the slightest bit of attitude or annoyance. He had the patience of a saint. I TRULY appreciated that.He was very polite, and as I said, his patience was amazing, considering by the time I left, it was 5:30 p.m..THANK YOU, Enterprise, for employing this calm, polite, knowledgeable employee,DARRELL WASHINGTON.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had to rent a vehicle last minute and was dreading even attempting to do so. Instead of trying to do it online I decided to try my luck and went down to this location in person. I was beyond surprised by the amazing customer service I received from all the staff on site. I feel bad because I forgot the name of the initial woman that helped us when we came in, but she was absolutely amazing and so was Jeremy as well. They helped us get a vehicle, informed us of where we could drop it off after hours, and made what could've been a very painful experience so easy.Very happy with this experience and the staff at this Enterprise. Thank you!

Make sure you record all conversations with this company. They are dishonest and will lie to your face to try and squeeze as much money out of you as possible. They also refuse to return your security deposit, which the Supreme Court ruled in 1990 that a security deposit is a sum of money held in trust. And that it differs from an advance in that; that a deposit differs from an advance payment because the depositing party has dominion over the funds and retains the right to insist upon repayment in cash. Meaning by LEGAL definition that money is to be repaid to the consumer or, in this case, the renter upon safe return on the vehicle. They don't do that. They treat the money as an advance and will in no way return any "deposits" made to them. Which is a violation of federal consumer laws. So record everything and be ready to fight for your $100's of that you're expecting returned that they refuse to.

They cheat customers with fake rules, I have rented a car here, they said insurance is mandatory in order to proceed. I argued with them as per rules of enterprise insurance is up to an individual but still they forced me to accept insurance, from that day I was speaking to customer services, today branch replied they did not force me. Please be aware of this fake words and rules of this branch.

I rented a car from this location last week after having a terrible experience with Hertz at Motor Mile HLE in Scottsdale. I usually always rent from Enterprise but I just started working for AAA last month so I was advised of a discount I would get with Hertz as a AAA member so I took a chance and it was a hot mess! They tried sticking me in a beat up 2019 Chevy Trax so I decided to go to Enterprise instead after they refused to put me in anything else. When I arrived, the door was opened for me and I was greeted immediately. I told them a little about my experience. Jeremy Strebel reassured me that I would be taken care of and that is exactly what happened. I was assisted by him and Darrell Washington, both very professional and personable. Sticking to what I know and never renting from any other place by Enterprise. I was put in a 2023 Camry which is exactly in line with what I reserved. Thank you Enterprise for always taking care of me!

Renting a car is not usually a good experience or something anyone loves to do. Sophia and Rachel really made the process great and enjoyable. It took a little longer than expected, but they both handled the situation well beyond expectations. I highly recommend renting from this specific location, and only because of the level of service they provided.

After a hit-and-run I needed a car while mine was getting fixed, my insurance suggested I could use enterprise and they would give me their discount code. I called enterprise and got the quote for $23.68/day or $243.90 for the week. I agreed to the price then Monday after work got the car just before they closed at 5pm.Wednesday I realized I didn't need the car for the whole week so I took it back to the rental shop just before they closed, which was a total of 2 day, which should have been $47.36 plus tax. instead I got the bill and they charged me 3 days $80.04, plus $2.50 for a stadium fee. What stadium? why was it 3 days that should have only been 2 days.Enterprise Rental Car the kings of switch and bait. I'll never be renting from Enterprise ever ever ever again. Sneaky cheats. I'll go out of my way to rent from anyone else.
