Got into a terrible accident late last night and finally got approved for a rental last second, as in right before they closed the store.J Corpuz not only took care of me after they technically had closed, but continued to help others very kindly and quickly while I phoned my insurance when there was an issue.Didn't speak unkindly or rudely to me, or anyone else for that matter, once while we spent the next hour trying to get me into a vehicle.After a beyond stressful day, him making this easy and being so nice was really appreciated.

Busy location, in a busy parking lot. Several cars on hand today, the best thing to do is know beforehand what you want. I got a Camry but could have gotten a brand new Jeep Wranglers 4X4, Shiny Black paint, a great SUV, but my 71yo mother did not need that! Lol. Have patience they're busy.

His willingness to address my concerns and provide solutions was truly commendable. Friendly staff, good selection of vehicles, reasonable rates, and easy online reservation system. .. what more could you ask? I was thinking about using Turo, but everything there was at least 2x more, and way too far away. Enterprise was close, and super easy. Returned early due to changing needs and was rebated the difference without hassle. I'll use again whenever the need arises.

SUPER AWESOME STAFF! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something professional, fast, quick and convenient. They made my car rental a very nice experience. After getting into a car accident, Jacob was very understanding and worked with me to help me get what I needed in my budget.. managers jay and Alex helped me get a car that fit my needs plus a free upgrade! Dale and Deane were also very pleasant to work with during the return process and they even offered me a ride home so I didn’t have to walk, this is my new go-to rental spot

Please do not go to this location especially if you’re a person with color. I was racially profiled by the manager JACOB. I called prior asking what I need, when I get there I show him my identification which he asked for a second one (who does that) I rented here before for months. I guess that changed management so he told me that I couldn’t rent the car with a certain card that I previously rented with at the same location. I told him to show me the email that stated he couldn’t rent with the card. He spent 20 minutes looking for a email that was non existent. I went to another location after wasting money taking Uber there and ending up getting a rental with the SAME EXACT CARD. He was very rude. VERY VERY RUDE

We rented a car on Wednesday. Battery died Friday morning while up in the mountains (Yikes). Just took 1 call to Enterprise in Tempe, Az and they had a tow truck come to us within 30 minutes, an Uber ride showed up 15 minutes later to take us to another Enterprise location in mountains to acquire another rental car that was waiting for us. The Uber ride was Very life threatening and I was unable to drive back down the mountain that afternoon to return the car on our scheduled date. I called Jacob Castro's Tempe office to tell them I was so shooken up and stressed out & couldn't make the drive back down the mountain. They told me "Please DON'T drive the vehicle in your fragile and upset state. Take another day and bring back car on a fresh day; we won't be charging your for this extra day". We returned the car to the Tempe office the following day. So, other than our Uber ride from Hell, Enterprise made everything run smoothly thanks to Jacob Castro's office extremely kind handling of this whole event. Jacob Castro contacted me via phone to let me know Enterprise would not be charging us for this whole trip; they pride themselves on excellent service and do to this whole situation, he felt it was right to not charge us for our car rentals. Due to the way this Whole situation was handled, I will Definately be rented from Enterprise in the future. Jacob made, what could have been a stressful situation, into a stressFree experience. Worked with Jay from the Chapman collision enterprise on kyrene in tempe; he was awesome. There was a miscommunication with payment and he helped me get everything sorted out. The car was awesome as well! Thanks Jay for being so friendly and for all of your help!!

Such a great experience! Jacob helped me get into my rental and Evan took the initiative to help me sort out a commination error between the body shop and insurance.J Corpus took excellent care of me during my checkout/car return and Danielle drove me to pick up my car immediately after check out. RED CARPET SERVICE all around. Kudos to this team!!Thank you all for your excellent client care and attention to detail!

I had a great experience at Enterprise Tempe. My vehicle wasn't available when I arrived but Jacob explained it was getting an oil change. Ethan drove to pick up the type of vehicle I rented.Jacob and Ethan were very professional, kind and genuinely friendly. I appreciate everything they did and will go to them next time I need to rent a vehicle.
