The staff at this location were really on the ball. The location was busy with many customers however they moved us through efficiently, politely and quickly. The car was clean and worked well for my needs. They had the vehicle which was requested as well. I was very happy I choose this location for my rental.

Jose was absolutely phenomenal with his customer service and friendliness. Mataya also went above and beyond to help get me in a vehicle that suited my career and lifestyle while in the rental. These guys work very hard and it shows. With limited supply at times they still kept in communication to help get things aligned. Always be kind and go above and beyond for them!!

I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for the car I had reserved. It looked to me like this was the case for everyone else. They overbook and have to scramble for vehicles, which is an upper-management decision. The employees do their best under the circumstances.

My first time rental experience was great with Enterprise. The manager and staff take their customer service seriously. Can I mention it's the only location open on Sunday's in the area and it gets pretty busy but staff manages to provide the best customer service under pressure. I will definitely be coming back to this location for further car rentals.

The experience was good. I really liked the concept of dropping people to their home within 5miles. You guys need to be a lil bit faster on weekends or should have more staff. It takes too much time to pick up the car.

I was a customer of Enterprise for 6months straight, never had any issues or problems until I returned my rental. The branch manager was extremely rude and condescending, I was told I would receive my points for the rental however enterprise did not apply my points to my profile. I contacted the branch manager several times and she referred to the loyalty line. I was then told by a representative I would receive the points since they verified the rental history. After 3 weeks of emails and phone an escalations member told me “ It doesn’t matter what they told you, you are not receiving the points” I then asked to speak with someone else and she stated there wasn’t anyone else to speak with. Just keep in mind when renting from the company that they will not honor anything as promised and that shows the morals in which this company works.

This enterprise rental car is the best I have every dealt with. Mataya is the manager and the help that she has assisted me with has been amazing, especially when it has come to extended my rental. Even though I have had the rental for a good time now no fault of my own dealing with insurance and warranty companies she is quick and efficient. I need to come in one day on a very short time period and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The whole staff is great. My only advice, if you get there at 5:30 when they close you will not get in. But hey you understand after being there from 7:30 you would wanna go home to right?? LOL. Thank you Mataya.Alberto S.

I have a rental due to a part being on national back order. They have been very pleasant and excellent to work with so far! If you need a rental they are excellent! I have a month or so left with them. So I will update shortly!

I am very impressed with this location, specifically Taylor the Assistant Manager. I was rear ended and went through the Allstate who was the At Fault party's insurance. All State was wanting me to pay for the rental up front and ask for reimbursement. They also offered me a vehicle that was comparable to a corolla when I drive an SUV. With that said Taylor helped me with speaking to All State and was able to get me into an SUV and get me set up on a direct bill. I am so grateful!

My car was in the body shop and although I did not have insurance for car rental, I still got a discount by renting through my carrier (Farmers). They arranged everything and it was seamless. I showed up at Enterprise and they gave me the keys. I left the rental with the body shop (Caliber) and they returned car. Enterprise called and emailed the receipt. Everything was perfect!

Best location in the valley. I always get better service here than other locations in the Phoenix area. Better rates and more availability.

Worst place for customer service don't listen to what the 800 number tells you and expect your car to have used sunglasses and used water bottles in there "clean sanitized vehicle"

The customer service was great. Quality of the vehicle was just okay. It was kind of old and a little bit down. The main problem I have is with the fuel level. When you rent a vehicle you kind of want to go use it and go to work. You don't want to have to go straight to the gas station. When I rented the truck it was on empty. It's very hard to estimate and bring the truck back at the same level you rented it at therefore I put $30 worth of fuel in it and probably returned it with $20 left in the tank. The customer always loses. You need to address this.This was my second time renting from your company and had the same issue. It's not a hard thing to have your vehicles full and have them returned full that way there's no discrepancy.

Budget rental called us on the morning of our rental to say that they didn't have the van we reserved. We called Enterprise and they were able to get us a cargo van immediately. Very professional and friendly. Enterprise five stars /Budget zero stars.
