Support was very helpful and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. So happy to be able to play games like a normal person again.

Extremely helpful and willing to work with you regarding customizations. In particular they mentioned using Sugru (moldable puddy that sets hard) to modify some of the buttons for better use/access.
