Today we had an amazing experience at the Extra space storage in Tempe on Broadway after spending a good chunk of the hot afternoon driving around looking for a large storage rental for my husbands company machinery. We had received the best customer service and easy rental experience from Jessica, she was able to help us figure out a great price for a storage locker that was big enough for our needs. Overall experience was great and would definitely recommend this place and the staff Jessica and her helper April were an amazing team. Five stars.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. I got clear instructions on how to get in and out/ use my storage unit. They had great customer service and I would return if I needed a storage unit again!

Make sure to read the fine print on your lease. I signed and my price was 59 a month. I specifically asked the man working if it would stay the same price for my entire 6 month lease. He assured me it would. now I am three months in and across the county, my rent just got changed to 97 a month, when I called and asked they said my three month promo was up, which I was never told about. I told them what the first man had said and just said idk why he told you that but it says in your 35 page long lease about it. disappointing but not surprising. Big corporations are full of greed and will do anything to pull extra money from the working class.
