I’d like to take a quick second to recognize Eddie For being extremely helpful! I moved out of my unit and still got charged, but he was able to help me get my refund in less that five minutes! Overall the storage facility is clean, the employees are helpful and I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a storage unit. Overall great experience!

So far an absolute garbage experience. 1st day went after office closed and Gate code was denied. Tried again and same. Went to another gate and same again
Called customer service ( which were very good ). Gave me a temporary code and DENIED. Tried other gate and DENIED.
Customer service said a district manager or someone will call us within 5 mins to half hour. NO ONE CALLED.
So after packing car, driving over and what I just said,...had to drive home and unpack car.
Waste of time and money for gas. I will be calling the store, 1st thing Monday.
