Superior service all the way around. Knowledge is excellent. Wonderful people to work with. To name a few, and I apologize if I have forgotten to include any names, Melissa, Eddie, and Justin. Eddie, my therapist, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Explained everything. But let's start at the beginning. My Pulmonologist send my script to a company with the name Valley in it. They have horrible customer service. Said it would take at least two weeks before hearing from someone. I called up Fairway and they were able to fit me in the very next day. Probably atypical to get in within one day but still. I left with a machine and supplies within one day of contacting them. Everyone was willing to listen, answer questions, and advise. Eddie listened to my history and provided me with the solution that I asked for. Got home and about a week later realized that I should have listened to Eddie and given him the chance to advise based on his expertise. I got an appointment for the next day. I apologized to Eddie and turned over the care to him. He provided a solution that is working better than my solution. I am still having some issues but these are related to my getting used to the machine and my claustrophobia issues.Please, if your insurance covers Fairway or, even if it doesn't, I would 10/10 recommend them.Thank you Fairway Medical.

I got a call the day after my Dr sent me referral to these guys, I just had my appointment yesterday and wow what a great experience!Eddie help me get set up with my equipment and was really helpful and friendly, he answered any questions I had and let me try some masks on so I could get the best fit.He also told me when I will get my supplies sent to me and he had sorted all my insurance out so I knew ahead of time what I had to pay.Great service!

BLOWN AWAY! After a horrible experience with Adapt Health I called our Doctor to ask for a new place and we were directed here. Thank god. We love supporting small business. Eddie was amazing! Even though my husband has used this machine for years, he taught us some new tips. Very very informative and he genuinely cares. Thank you Fairway Medical and staff for being there for us when we really needed you. We will be recommending you to everyone we know that needs this service.

They are friendly, professional, and ship CPAP supplies via USPS. I received my supplies promptly. I am so happy they do not use UPS, which leaves packages at any random door in the neighborhood.

I can't say enough about Fairway Medical! My experience has been great so far! Nicest people on the planet. Big shout-out to Justin for making scheduling, forms, and insurance verification easy! Eddie, Bri, and team are simply amazing. They have been taking care of me for 5 years now. Eddie is so helpful in trying to find the right mask and equipment. Bri is always on top of my supplies. So thankful for them!

Do you need a new CPAP? Did your Doctor suggest a different company? If so, you better get with Fairway Medical because they will take care of you! I was referred to a different provider who never called with a status of my order so I called Fairway Medical and they have been AWESOME to work with! They always answer the phone and they take the time to answer questions. Justin was very patient during the machine setup appointment as I tried all the different new masks and options. The process and people here are phenomenal!!
