This store merged with a family dollar and I probably won't go back to this location for quite a while. This place is an absolute hot mess with six girls standing around up front while one guy is on one register. The poor guy in front of me was treated like he was an absolute thief because he was trying to pay with a large bill Finally got two more registers open when they had nine people standing in line. They absolutely need a customer service training class at the store.

This is my favorite store for Dollar Tree the last time i was there about 2 months ago the manager said they were closing for about 2 months because they are expanding and taking half of the old Smart and Final that went out of business. But i keep driving by and it is not open yet can't wait for them to reopen Love this store . To my opinion this is one of the best stores they have clean well stocked and friendly people working there.

If this is for the Dollar Tree on Broadway and McClintock in Tempe, they were my favorite store. I can't believe people complained about 25 extra cents. They have kept their price low for MANY YEARS. Dollar Tree stores have had a very difficult time of getting people to work there. But so many other stores have as well. I think the people who work at all of their stores that I have been to are VERY NICE and HELPFUL. And I have been to many of their stores. People complain that they don't open before 9 a.m. How many other stores open before that? A different store where businesses, rich people, and old people shop doesn't even open until 10 a.m. Very few open at 8 a.m., grocery stores, and stores where you buy stuff to work on your house and yard, maybe. But many stores don't stay open as long as they used to. And with fewer employees and more theft, they just can't afford to keep them open late. Now the one at Broadway and McClintock is CLOSED! I am very sad. Most of their stores are tiny, but that was the biggest I've shopped. I will MISS THAT DOLLAR TREE.

Store says it closes at 9:00. I came at 6:00 and they were closed with no sign on the door or anything. One of the employees came over and just shook their head to say the store was closed after about 10 minutes of trying to figure out if they were open. All the lights were on and everything.

Came to this store yesterday at 6:00 and workers were leaving and had a sign posted on door that they had to close early because there weren't any employees to close.Isn't that a salaried managers responsibility to keep the store open during operating hours posted????Wonder if the corporate office knows about this and if heads would roll.

It's up to 1.25 now. As predicted. So come with more money or leave with less items. Your choice. I think this will really hurt my pocket book at Christmas for crafts. But until then, we shall see.
