We needed a door sign for our business—and fast. With just a week to get it designed and installed, I had no idea where to start. Thankfully, Hailey guided me through the entire process and made it completely stress-free. She responded quickly to all my questions and provided support every step of the way.
When it came time for installation, we were not seeing the sign pop. We discussed our concerns with Jordan, he offered helpful advice on how to improve it, and Hailey made the change happen overnight. The very next day, they delivered exactly what I had envisioned—a showstopping logo featuring my business name that looks incredible.

Ordered a banner for my high school class reunion. Within 24 hours, the banner was done! Merci did an excellent job and I can't be happier!

No such thing as customer service.
Call they wanted me to email some pictures over to take a look at the truck got back to me over a week later.
At that time I already had it done what a joke.
