Why are overseas customer service handling American deliveries. This service needs help and is second rate.

Don't go here. There. Fed ex that doesn't do anything fed ex. I got told I would have to go home print out my own label and basically do all the work just so they can put it in a to go box. Had to drive to another location. Don't waste your time here.

Automated phone service is trash. Never using fedex if I have the choice because of that.
